This video on hypotensive resuscitation is incredibly informative! The discussion on the importance of balancing fluid administration and maintaining perfusion pressure in hypotensive patients is crucial for healthcare professionals. The emphasis on individualized treatment based on patient response is key. Thank you for sharing this valuable information!

Saving single life is equal to saving humanity...
Keep on putting more common cases with management similar in this way where you keep on changing diagnosis with every new finding
    Its an absolute fun..
Also i would be very grateful if you make a video for emergency medicine Uk (MRCEM)...with

A really interesting case and thoughtful clinical reasoning skills for clinical presentations. Thanks for your knowledge sharing. May I ask should we do bedside echo if we suspect obstructive shock?

Hi Dr Qureshi, I'm a medical student and aspiring emergency physician. Excuse my ignorance but my understanding was normal Hb does not exclude an acute bleed and that this shouldnt lead one away from a diagnosis of bleeding? Can you explain your thinking around this moment when you saw the normal Hb?
Thank you very much for sharing this case and discussing your clinical reasoning! I really enjoy your channel!

The normal Hb of this patient is what led us to believe his hypotension is not related to bleeding...however it had to be formally checked and also there was some hx of malena and hence we went and started PPI and Tx but soon as Hb wss found to be normal ...we did RUSH PoCUS to identify hypotension cause
