pets' health is their owners' responsibility. no responsible owner would 'want' an overweight, unhealthy pet - because it's the owners who feed their pets. if an owner 'wants' a pet like that, that means overfeeding it on purpose. that's animal abuse. so your question is the same as saying "Who doesn't want to abuse a pet, yeah?". that's a very saddening outlook.

@@cctz_1 nah, i've been to europe and visit several country, most of the western country there take that too personal, hungarians, polish and russian (saint petersburg) are the only one that gave me exceptional vibes. as for the rest pretty much same. i'll be honest, from my experience, most western country doesn't give any good vibes, not all but majority does.
