    Damn that thing actually sounds pretty good though!!!!

    That's about what I would expect out of a 40 something horsepower to the wheel. Not too slow or too fast, just about right.

    In mph this is actually 5.6 seconds 0-60 MPH not 5.9

    • @MotoSnax
      @MotoSnax  5 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      That is why in the first second it shows 0-62 MPH. But if I put it in the title no one looks for that. The US should start using the metric system. Much easier. :)

      @@MotoSnax Liked the video thanks :) They tried converting to the Metric system here many years ago when I was young, It just didn't take..lol. I wish we could all get on one system so I don't have to buy so many wrenches.

    I guess the word "cruiser" doesn't mean anything to Honda. That's pretty much as good as a Yamaha r3!

      And it’s a nice size without being too small nor heavier for a cruiser as well.

      Probably depends on the rider and road/weather conditions. The CBR should be faster because of the fairing.

    I love these things and how they look but they aren’t the quickest things out there, a little quicker than my Si.

      Lol what camry is sub 6 seconds 0-100? Even the Aurion with the v6 is 6.8 seconds at best. Early V6 camry is 8 seconds roughly, 4 cyclinder 10+ seconds.
      These bikes are quick enough for a LAMS bike or anyone really.

      Paul Mason 2020 camry with v6 have over 300 hp and hit 0-60 very close if not under 6 seconds. The camrys competition the honda accord can do 5.5 sec 0-60 with the 2.0t engine.

      It's hard to say because there is just too many factors other than horse power. Sprocket sizes? Gear ratios? torque?

    • @2wheelife878

      MotoSnax I get that. I just figured it would a little bit faster for 6,000$ with taxes, and fees 7,000$. Right now I could get a brand new 2019 rebel 300 for 3500$ 4200$ with taxes and fees. The 2020 versions release in March, but offer anything significant. LED lights, gear indicators, softer clutch, and better seats are things the after market offer. Although saying I have a 2020 rebel sure has a nice ring to it. I have some time to think about it. I love the bike, which is why I’m getting it. I Just wish it had a bit more power.

    • @MotoSnax
      @MotoSnax  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or look for something else with a bigger displacement. More cc's = more torque. Do they sell the Kawasaki Vulcan S where you live?

    • @2wheelife878
      @2wheelife878 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      MotoSnax I had no idea this bike even existed lol this is definitely more of what I was after. Thank you. See I mostly drive on interstate 95 in the DMV area Maryland/Virginia/Washington DC. Most cruise at 85mph here. So I want something that will keep up, without me having to hold back the throttle the entire time. I’m going to look at all the specs at my lunch break.

    • @MotoSnax
      @MotoSnax  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cruising at 85 mph is pretty fast in the USA. :) Been there about 16 times to do some roadtrips, most of the time I don't see them exceed 70-75 mph. But the riding position of bikes like these make the bike less comfortable at speeds above 75-80 mph. It gets tiresome quick. I'd rather ride a naked bike on the freeway than a cruiser for the simple fact you catch less wind. But the Vulcan 650 S has enough torque and enough power to ride higher speeds without stressing the engine.
