The fact that 096 can stay silently lurking in your house for HOURS at a time is terrifying to think about. Imagine walking in your room after dinner and dying- not even knowing it was there until you were too late.

Oh, you'd know. It takes them 1-2 minutes before they go for you. You'd have just long enough to really dwell on how your life is now inevitably going to end.

this is like 5 times more frightening than scp realized, mainly due to how rushed it is. it kinda like trows abunch of information in your face at like 450 WPM then ends. do more of these and you will get popular quickly and swiftly.

This video would have been so much better imo if the announcement was made by the FBI or some other organisation that doesn't really know what SCP 096 was. You could play it off as if they didn't know that the SCP would target you if you saw them in a picture, so they would show a picture of it during the alert so that people could better identify it.
This sent a chill down my spine, I won't lie.
In the SCP Universe, The FBI knows REALLY well what SCP'S are, The same thing with other organizations and stuff, For example, The FBI in the SCP universe has it's own division of Agents to stop anomalies, This division is called "Unusual Incidents Unit" or "UIU" For short, So yeah, Even if that seems like a cool idea, It wouldn't make sense :c

Love this, it’s creepy and great. One thing I recommend is to be a little more mysterious when describing the creature. They don’t need to know the exact heights or measurements and all the features. All they need to know is that it’s an abnormally tall and skinny white creature, and if you look at it’s face, you’re going to die.

This shit really feels like some end of the world like warning
They don't waste time trying to sound all that fancy or try to keep chaos at bay, they don't have any time to waste, just throw important information for the viewer's survival and hope to God they don't get too overwhelmed or confused and follow it's instructions.

This is one i like a lot, it is terrifying. The design of 096 so that it is a generalized version rather than a photo (for public safety) rides that Uncanny line very well. Keep up the great work, I love these videos a lot. Nothing like some chills after a hard day of work

Something interesting to do would have to made it so there would be no mention of it’s invincibility, so when the broadcast advises you to run to a scp foundation it assures you the entity will be killed before harming you
SCP-096 Has Hyper-Strong Bones, So it can even survive a naval cannon shot from the ship to the face.

Dr. Dan just ordered D-class to look at 096's F A C E, and didn't tell him about the danger of seeing its F A C E.
The D-class draw it within 20 minutes inside the bathysphere within the 10.8 kilometers down underwater, and the D-class send it up to the ship.
And after 40 minutes of waiting, 096 tracked him down and managed to butcher him.
I love the fact that the scp foundations main priority is to keep the public safe and reveals themselves just so people take them seriously

I honestly think the foundation would contain him really quickly with the help of a human sacrifice. All they need is to describe 096 and what it does and tell everyone to go inside their home/or a public building and lock themselves in a room with no way to see outside. Then they would tell everyone to close their eyes or look straight down at a non reflective surface for whatever time they need. Then while everyone is either staring down or not looking outside the foundation could put a d-class in 096's Containment show him a picture of 096 then hopefully while 096 is running to the d-class no one else sees 096
This is actually good, except for the fact that the SCP foundation blows their cover for this.

@@Astrojox_ There's two major problems with that though, one, is that how are they going to make them to take it? Forcing them by threatening or by physical violence could ruin the reputation to the foundation 05 if they don't agree with it. And second, how do they give it to everyone, and it'd most likely be across the world, not the town.

scariest thing to me about this one is that it's attacked people over a photo where it wasn't clearly visible at all--just four tiny pixels in the background. It could even be transmitted in a video like this one right here, by having those four tiny pixels in the static scramble.

Funny thing is you can get him to become docile by sitting down. It can also be destroyed by use of carbon fiber as scp 096 cannot grip this material or tear it due to the fact that the density and strength of carbon fiber exceeds that of scp 096’s nails

The Foundation pretty much killed everyone receiving the broadcast, it showed SCP 096's whole body including his face.
It will only trigger its rage mode if somebody looks at a real picture of it, not a cartoon or animated picture.

I've been watching some SCP eas videos and there's one thing that kind of bothers me. If any SCP escapes that isn't a sure end of world scenario, I don't see a reason for the SCP foundation to just say "this is the SCP foundation". If an SCP escaped they would still remain anonymous and give out the alert through the government, it would make much more sense
