I like your work It probably took a long time to make this even though it was like 8 seconds ago I still like it because I watched a lot of americancy alert systems and when I was younger I was scared of emergency work system so now that I'm older I can just just sit back and listen to the terrifying sounds the Terrifying sound of the Siren
Imagine if some people in these EAS don't have energy because it runned out or they don't have devices, and they just don't know why people are screaming and running.

It’s canonical that they do do stuff like this only if It’s deemed necessary and only in the local area and afterwords they use a large amount of amnesics
There is a canon called "Broken Masquerade" where their existance is made public and they have to keep functioning once everyone knows about them.

As much as I love this, I like to think this EAS only exists in an elseworld story where the SCP Foundation is known to the public. Cuz realistically, the foundation would never release an EAS. The very purpose of their organization is to protect the public from anomalies they aren’t and shouldn’t be aware of.

It would only be XK if it had evolved to the point of taking literally 0 damage from ANY arms fire. Otherwise they could still incapacitate and recover it with a few hundred or thousand soldiers depending on its stage.
Nope, if 682 got contained once, then it can always be contained again, it's Keter, not Apollyon. XK means the entire world ends, which is impossible considering the intelligence and firepower the SCP Foundation is capable of.
Proposal. We make the super ball an EAS. To those uninformed, it’s a rubber ball that is incredibly bouncy, never losing height and is head bounces farther each time, making it go faster and faster. Basically if you throw it in a small room, it will bust out the wall in a minute tops before crashing into another building and possibly leveling a city in the span of a day

Why would there be an alert for 682? If it gets breached then it will be an XK end of the world scenario because not only 682 is very strong it can adapt to anything even if the alert helps a little bit but soon enough it will fail and kill everything
