In 2004 I got my first car which was a 96 Mustang GT vert with a 5 speed manual.. I put an off road H pipe on it with an American Thunder cat back which at the time used the Original Flowmaster 40 series .. it was the best exhaust sound on a Mustang I’ve ever heard

I think it must’ve been an option or something and I had leather in my car with the big headrest and my cousin has a 2003 GT and his has cloth. but I was going to ask you guys because when I sold my 2004, I was running a magna flow 2 1/2 inch off-road expo up here in California but when you sell the car smog it you have to put the original pipe back on in California so you guys in California is that are buying mustangs if you’re putting new exhaust on it like two cats or no cats make sure you save your old pipe because when it comes time to smog you’re gonna need all four cats because that’s what they want now whatever your car came off the showroom floor if it had four cats and don’t want you to show up with two high flow cats they want you to show up with four cats but anyways back to the magna flow I have a magna flow off-road expo. I also have the Mail delete plugs that turns off your check engine light I was wondering can you run an 04 off-road pipe On a 03 GT or a 99 tow Ford GT I know you can I know for but I thought I was reading something about in 2003 they were different. If you guys can let me know if my 04 wheel walker at work on my cousins are the three I can sell it to him. Thanks guys.

Car has got some nice performance mods(CAI, racing manifold, lowered, almost the whole shabang). It comes with an off road x pipe and a hi flow h pipe. LMK what y'all think would sound better
@diamondking6864 they quit producing them because they're California based. Personally I wish they had a catted mid I could run but RN I'm running with just header extensions using a Hedman flange kit off summit. It's LOUD AF but makes excellent power. But when I say loud I mean it gave me permanent hearing damage after driving it for a week. I now run outlaws clamped on the extensions with adapters and wear ear plugs when I drive
@jonnyoboy2450 better hurry if you're looking to buy new. Jba is ending their mid length headers and have already ended midpipe production. I have the mids with some custom piping tu under car dumped outlaws and it sounds glorious

Thanks for the video comparison! 1 Question though... How do you prevent the Check Engine light codes from coming on due to the exhaust? My GT has a bad Cat and it's causing the ECM to throw too much fuel mix into the cylinders, which has tripped 3 codes. I thought about a cat delete and doing what you're dong. But I need to learn how it's done. If you have no catalytic converters and basically strait pipe it, how do you get/tune the computer to keep the correct fuel mixture and not throw any trouble codes?
