One thing to note is that *cars never spawn in camera view,* so it's better to look directly at the ground or walls for it to spawn closer. Great vid and I love how your characters mouth moves when speaking, looks so real ^^
Thanks! Yeah, I get a kick out of watching her "talk" too. Yes, I'm aware of looking away when you're trying to spawn a vehicle closer. In fact I usually look away and also straight down. I only show one clip in the video, but I usually do several spawn tests first. In the case of the Del Perro office, since that one is in an alley, the vehicles will always spawn on the street (except maybe the Sparrow might spawn in the alley).

Thank you very much! Unfortunately real life has gotten so busy that I don't have much time to play GTA or make videos these days. In all of my property review videos, I usually try to mention which location I chose and why. I haven't really had time to make a more recent video about my daily grind though. Honestly, after you reach $400M after playing for 9 years, it's tough to get motivated to do the daily grind anymore, sadly.
You're right, it's challenging. Even though I've made a lot of videos like this, there are still so many intangible things you just can't even think of until you've had a property for a while.

I've struggled to come up with anything worth making videos about in GTA that hasn't already been done dozens or hundreds of times. That's the challenge with a game that's been around for this long.

Bought PB last week... before the sale lol. I'd heard it's a poor business but purchased for the ability to fast travel more then anything, haha. Most of the half dozen missions I've done are a 6-7 mile drive. The HVT you can only request a personal car to drive there which means a painful drive both ways, the lesser missions at least you can fly there. Tried picking up transport van with my cargobob, no go unfortunately - wondered if the armor makes any difference?? Should try putting my deluxo or oppressor into a personal garage to see if they can be entered for the HVT missions. I'll figure out which missions I like and make sure if I move, I'm not losing those. Cheers Champlette... nice to see you again... love your character, hubba hubba. To spawn vehicles you have to look to the ground so it spawns near you, if you are looking at the street it will spawn far away. Great video btw! New sub here
Thanks for the sub! I appreciate the tip too, but I'm well aware of that. I do many test runs for the spawning before I record the video so even if I neglected to do that when I made the recording, I did look down and away during the testing of the spawns. I'll remember next time to demonstrate that during the video so viewers don't have to wonder.
waited for this before buying the business, great vid as always that said, what i saw about the update looks pretty dire, its recycled lazy content from rockstar again the cashgrabs are getting more shameless. about the locations and my opinion on the spots: Paleto bay: makes only sense when you are already located up there or need a spawn in the hinterland, otherwise its too far away Davis: there are some businesses close by and maybe its interesting for new players as the helicopter tours are pretty nearby, but all in all its a hard sell for more established players as the location in itself does not have huge merits, and thats coming from someone who has the arcade and junkyard in that region Del Perro: fairly interesting, close to the highway up the westcoast and dont forget jets are spawned on the beach and the beach also has a spawn for humongous aircraft like the Alkonost. also good accessibility, overall not bad Mission row: probably the best location. as it has 3 great traits: its right before the exit of the subway, where you can lose the cops effordlessly with any vehicle, by entering the tunnels and waiting, which is beneficial cause you cant lester out of your wanted level in these missions. secondly it has a fairly good connection to the highway north and west, third: directly in front, in the channel, there is a spawnpoint for air vehicles like jets or attack choppers. downtown vinewood: near to the best nighclub location and more central making it easier to go north (but imo equally easy as mission row) and it has 2 exits, but for me its not that interesting, because mission row just seems better these were my 2 cents about locations
Always turn away from the street and look down before requesting a vehicle. They will not spawn a vehicle within your active cone of vision. I did this at the Vinewood site and my spawn was just off the lot. Love your thorough evaluation.
You're right, I do the same. In fact I usually turn away and look straight down. However, sometimes the spawn locations are predetermined and nothing you do will make them better, especially like at the Del Perro bail office. I tried several times but it always spawned the on the street and wouldn't spawn a vehicle there in the alley.
@Champlette2 yah that would have been a deal breaker had I looked at that one. Almost all my businesses are clustered there. The airplane spawn I did not think of. Might have rethought had I known.

1st time watcher here.. I have the Del Pierro office, and even though the van spawns in the alley when doing missions, my personal vehicle doesn't. And i really started hating the run to either the street on the north, or the longer run to the southern street. I figured there would be someone doing a in depth video of these locations. But not many do, and not as in depth as you do. Kudos for that. Your video did help choose a new location, reaffirming my thoughts about it, and rhe Vinewood office will be my new office. The only thing i wish you would've done, is show where the vehicles spawned when starting a mission. But that's a minor gripe. Anyways.. Great content! You got yourself a new sub.

I agree, I would have liked to have had the time to actually do some missions and cover the spawn locations for those, but that would have taken me so much more time to produce the video. In order to help people review the locations, I try to get them out as soon as I possibly can, so unfortunately there are some details I don't always have the chance to review.
@@Champlette2 Like I said, the vehicle mission spawns are a minor gripe. I have seen channels do the basic 10 minute video about new locations, but they don't even cover half of the stuff you did. So honestly, don't worry about it! Your content is great!
@@Champlette2 also, that vehicle spawn interest stems more from the rediculous spawn points from the Del Piero office.. it's literally the first time i myself even contemplated those..lol
@@Nephila23 Bad spawn points are what made me start making videos in the first place all those years ago. I bought the Integrity Way apartment and was shocked when I stepped out of the garage (which has a horrible metal rail around it that often damages your car) to find that when I called the mechanic, my vehicle spawned out on the street on the north side of the building. I hated that apartment so much that it made me start making videos to help other people avoid buying something they wouldn't like.
Another great review @Champlette2 👍 I don't know about the Paleto Bay location but in the past 2 weeks I bought the Mission Row / Vinewood / Del Perro locations. Bye far the Del Perro bond office is the best location for grind out the Bottom Dollar bounties. Its right off the highway and a Plane spawns location right on the beach.

So very kind of you! Thanks so much! Back when I first started making these "real estate" videos, it was much harder to make good money in GTA. I played a lot back then, so I had more money than a lot of other players might have had. I spent my money buying properties to keep other players from buying one they would later regret so they could save some money.
FYI, the vehicle always spawns where you're not looking. So, if you turn around and face the opposite direction, it should appear behind you. Additionally, if you move your camera upward to look above your character, the vehicle should spawn in front of you. However, this might vary between personal and business vehicles.
Yes I am well aware of that tip. I usually look straight down and in the opposite direction of where I hope the vehicle will spawn. Although it might not have looked like I knew that when I made this video, I did do several tests before I recorded the final clip and I was careful to try to get the best possible spawn that I could. Thanks for the tip, though!

@@Champlette2 so 1st it was Mission Row basically just since that was what they showed in the trailer. Now I'm at Del Perro because my nightclub, agency, arcade, cocaine MC business, 2 high-end apartments at Weazel & Richards Majestic & even moved my CEO office back over there since everything is all right there together for now BUT I'm thinking about either going to Davis since my auto shop, salvage yard, arena is over by there & possibly moving my MC clubhouse back with it although I always go back & fourth with it & have moved it about 10× but I kinda like keeping it up in Sandy just to have something up there that I don't necessarily have to keep running back to to collect safes from & can just call my bikes from MC interaction menu. Don't mean to rattle on but you said you were interested LOL
@@Champlette2 So I hope I could paint somewhat of a pic of what's on my mind. Currently questioning either Davis or the one you chose at the end actually. Del Perro works with my other properties, I just don't really like the location/building as much as the others. I also try to match the exterior with the interiors if ever possible even though we know that isn't always the case.

@@Champlette2 So I also got a LS located office on my second character and between both locations one thing is clear. I have to drive around 5 miles every. single. time. All my Paleto office bounties are in the city, and all my LS office bounties are up north lol. I've done around 40 in total now, and no exceptions. I find myself already done with this update to be honest. It would have been a good starter business if it was a bit cheaper I suppose, but for this price and with these low payouts and long drives I'm not a big fan lol. Fun for a little roleplaying once in a while I guess.
@@Slwmllw I couldn't agree more. Frankly I only did two bounties and I was over it. I did enjoy getting to see inside of one of the Richards Majestic studios, but it was just basically empty inside anyway, so not as much fun as it could have been. I really feel like Rockstar basically phoned this one in. It could have been fun like you said to roleplay to get close to a target, or something like that. This is just show up, shoot everything that moves, and grab the target. No nuance.
Great video! I purchased the Del Perro location for my second character. It's literally next to his club. The Clucking Bell Raid, clothing store is near it. His bank and apartment is near it. BUT.... The only real down side for me is there is no visible Bail office sign in the front of building, so if if you don't own it, you won't know it's there. Not a big deal but I want would prefer the sign to be street visible instead of tucked away in the back. But that isn't a big deal just a preference. And you are sooo right about the vehicle spawn. I have to travel and run through the alley's just to get in my vehicle. That is really the most annoying thing for me.
Me not excited at all about the business itself, but extremely excited about the shopping around process. I always wanted business property at the paleto bay (for easy spawn at top of the map). But most people said the mission will mostly be at the city. Then i end up bought the procopio apartment. Too bad, this apartment only can put 6 vehicles instead 10
I have that apartment too! It is nice to have the option to spawn up there in Paleto Bay. I mostly only use that option when I'm making videos but it definitely comes in handy to save travel time.
Ah, I've still been here, just didn't have any new properties to review. I did do the Salvage Yard properties about 6 months ago, but unfortunately we just haven't gotten any other new properties in the last two years. Thanks for coming back again!
One thing to keep in mind, since you have to drive your van into the garage after each mission, and you’re automatically kicked out the front door upon starting a mission, (which should spawn your van in front of you), it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle having the pedestrian door and the garage door on opposite sides of the building.
That sounds good, so I hope it does work out that way. I was thinking a little more about when you just go in to empty the safe. It used to drive me crazy at the Insert Coin arcade when I'd enter through the front door to empty the safe but then I'd go down to check the terminal and when I left through the garage door, my vehicle was way out front. However, if I'm just going into the bounty office to empty the safe, I don't see a reason I'd be going downstairs and leaving through the garage door after that. I think that will work out ok.
Thanks for this detailed video. You helped me complete my decision of which location to buy. Mission Row has pretty much an aircraft runway built in on front of it, cannot beat that! Instant like and follow for the quality of your work!
@@Champlette2 yes. It's looking like the most expensive one for me. Downtown vinewood. I was originally thinking about del pero but being in an alley is somewhat of a deal breaker for me even though it's close to my nightclub. I like to fly helicopters so downtown vinewood just seems to work about the best
@@Champlette2 it comes in handy for me especially with the 100 car garage that now has an auto shop, the discounts and all the new extras are also great! Since it went up though. I'll probably drop it in the near future. Rockstar is talking about making it mandatory on a three tier level up to $20.00 a month for GTA 6. I'm not sure I like that idea. Especially since PlayStation Plus has gone up so much.
I bought the one in davis because its close to my autoshop and the nightclub, the area might not have much do in it aside from the barbershop and the garage area is abit tight but overall im satisfied with it thank you so much
That's great! Glad you like it. What I liked about the Davis one is how close it is to the underground tunnel down the street. That's the best spot in the game to lose a wanted level!
I got the one at downtown because i like the bulding and location. But i wish we had more options since i already have 4 business pretty close. I mean, i would love to spread the business around the map a little more if the options were a little better. Anyway i love this videos. Do you have one for the arena workshop?

Whoa whoa whoa! Thank you for the video and I love your channel but I will not stand for this Del Perro slander lol. Del Perro is super convenient and awesome. You mentioned being near the beach. That’s a huge draw for me, I already live in the middle of a big city irl so it’s nice being over there. Most of my businesses are along the beaches or as close as possible. And the garage door & front door are next to each other. The west side highway is basically right there. There are 2 ceo offices a block or 2 away. 2 nightclubs nearby. And the closest gun shop isn’t that far away. Also an oppressor mk2 solves a lot of the distance issues for all bail bond locations. You can spawn it right next to u if mc prez and fly it to ur objective. The bail bond van will automatically appear nearby when u apprehend the criminal. Sorry for the essay, hopes this helps anyone tho if they’re considering Del Perro.
Very fair point, and thanks for sharing. I always say I'm just pointing out things about the different locations, but every player is unique and their needs ultimately determine the best properties for them. There really is a lot to like about that Del Perro location, especially if you spend a lot of time at the Del Perro nightclub.

Thank you for your kind comments! I'm so sorry, I did not make a video about the 50 car garage. The interior design options are very clear when you view them during the renovation process after you buy it. There just wasn't anything interesting to review about it. It's pretty much just a basic 10-car garage with 5 levels you can access by an elevator. The color options are very simple, basically just an accent color. They could have done so much more with this.
Have chosen the Del Perro location just because Cleo Song is my favourite HVT & is right down the block from both the mission & my nightclub. Although I just wished it has similar open space accessibility as the Mission Row location... Regardless I won't be using it much anyways once I got the majority of the career progress tier challenges done.
I actually like the Paleto Bay one the best, although the location is way out there. I do like to spread out my business though, it just seems to make the world a bigger, more varied place. It doesn't seem like this is a business that you will grind much anyway, just like the salvage yard.
You know that is a fair point. I was mainly thinking about how there are no salvage yards or auto shops near there, but there are plenty of other options. Thanks for setting the record straight!
I generally find my way back to TH-cam when GTA gets new properties. When there aren't any new properties, there's just not much to say about GTA that isn't already in hundreds of other videos. ;)

Great video as always wasn't sure what interior style to go with before, the 70s interior is definitely not for me. I chose the del pero location because my office, nightclub, mc clubhouse and apartment are all right there.
@@ProcyonDei Well.. you could theorize, because the door we see inside the agency is not the street door, there is a staircase which we don't get to see, another issue with these spaces is the orientation of the layout that does not exactly match... maybe it's best not to think about this too much and just let it slide....
I went with style 2 since it syncs well with the exterior of downtown vinewood bail office. I have ocd with the legal businesses as I prefer style 2 of nightclub (black techno style) but went with style 3 as the lights outside the nightclub are pink.
I think the best location is to just not buying any having looked at the payouts of the bounties, but hey at least there are some in paleto, so people paying extra are also having to go all the way to the other side of the map. Anyways, great video!
@@Champlette2 aw haha, making me feel like the VIP on a channel I'm subscribed to :D Glad seeing you too, even if it's not so often anymore! :) Yeah, the payouts don't look so good on these, but maybe I'm missing something. Only saw the dlc showcase from broughy, there are three bounties that change every hour and are in free roam. His had a payout of 37-40,000$ and one that changes daily in a separate mission for 129,000$, but they all need time to be processed for the payout. The daily one took him 12 Minutes as it was also very close by, but could maybe be done in 7 or so and also granted a bonus of 5k$ for collecting a painting on the way. I don't know how long it takes to process the bounties but supposedly the two agents help with speeding that up.
I don’t know how you can continue to play this game if money is always a factor. Sometimes you gotta embrace the role playing aspect of doing things and just have fun
@@C_Doc80 But the missions also don't really seem interesting. There's a little bit of R* jokes in there which is funny, but apart from that they are pretty bland "go there, shoot everyone except for the target, drive back while people are chasing you" type missions. If you're having fun with these then that's great, nobody wants to take away that.

Regarding the Auto Shop move, I loved that Hawick location, but after I got my Salvage Yard in Strawberry, I thought it would be fun to have the Auto Shop in Strawberry very nearby too. I've really liked having those two businesses so close to each other. Too bad there's not a Salvage Yard further north like in maybe Pillbox Hill or Mirror Park.

I like having my businesses close together as well but split East & West and went with the Salvage yard in Murrieta Hights because it's also near my Auto shop and all the 10 car garages are east of the river. it's my vehicle hub so I get it. I'm thinking of getting the Mesa Bail Bonds business because it's right next to my Nightclub and would be easy to incorporate into my daily routine since I wouldn't be using it as a primary source of income
Ok @@Champlette2 I'm back. I was waiting for a discount and finally got the Bail Bonds Business. After a little research I discovered that the location I had my eye on was closest to 7 of the 18 normal bounties and an easier drive to the 5 that appear in Paleto Bay. The vehicle spawn is not the worst since I usually just walk between my NC, High-end Apt. , Ex Office, so not an issue. I like the 3 different approaches and I can keep the NC popularity up between missions and when I'm focusing on something else I can pop in and send out agents when I'm taking care of my NC so there's a benefit to both. Did you find that your location was perfect for you? Would you recommend a new location now that we know where most of the bounties are located? Or taking into consideration aircraft spawn locations? Looking forward to seeing your new video on the next DLC hopefully there will be some nice decor for you to review

I didn't play enough of them to know for sure if my location near Vinewood was the best one or not. Unfortunately, due to real-life time constraints, i haven't been gaming for the last few months. Too bad there isn't one on the east side of the LS river. You know, somewhere away from the "Bacon Factory"! East LS has always been my stomping grounds for all of my businesses throughout the years. It all started after buying the Unit 2 Popular street garage to store and sell Ballers at the LSC around the corner. From living in a garage to owning everything on Popular street, I'd say I struck gold! Big thanks for always doing these property videos Champlette! I have a few friends that love that east side, so I know exactly what you mean. Hmmm... a new "how I make money" video.... that might be a good idea. The short version is that it's due to grinding and making the most of double bonuses. During the last double special crate bonus, I bought crates all day long every 48 minutes (even while I was working from home, don't tell my boss!) and I sold 5 full warehouses twice during that week. That was $40M right there. I'll give that some thought. I am working some long hours in real life lately so I don't have much time to make videos, but maybe I will sometime later this year.
Thanks for the reply. So it looks like you added special crates into your grind? I remember years ago you were against them because they took too long to collect. I guess now with Lupe and her crew you can just send them to gather them. I guess you do them same with Rooster in the hanger? It's amazing how much has changed in terms of money making for the solo player. I remember for the longest time Import/Export and VIP work were the go to recipe. It's also great they finally added the ability to sell in invite only sessions without the need to find or glitch yourself into a public session. And we haven't even mentioned Cayo yet despite all the nerfs they done to it. So if you have the time Champlette, an updated 2024 money guide video would be very interesting to see. I'm sure it would help a lot of new and experienced players who might not be sure which activities to do or focus on. Thanks again!
@@Dark_Graphite You make a very good point. I haven't even tried the "new" hangar sales yet. Unfortunately, my real life job has me working a minimum of 50 hours a week these days so I just haven't had the time or energy to play very much. I basically only get one evening a week to play, unlike the old days when I used to play every night. I still haven't finished the Vincent heist (not as the leader), I've only stolen and sold 2 cars from the Salvage Yard, and I've only done Cayo Perico once in maybe the last two years. Yes you're right. Once I could buy crates instead of paying for them and having to retrieve them, it made the Special Cargo more fun for me. That's the same reason I don't enjoy the MC businesses very much. The sales are just way too long. I only have limited play time, so I don't want to spend nearly 30 minutes of it just making one sale, ya know?

I think with this property it should've come with more extensions like the nightclub, like with those double doors, to make it as a extra space for a shooting range, either another garage like with the vehicle warehouse instead of adding extra doors to make them useless, so I think that they should've added more extensions for this property as I said just and a short animation in which we can use the police baton to bang against the cell telling the bounty to pipe down in there.
@Champlette2 They did actually I think the design for the bail office was kinda rushed for the design and they added those doors for a decoration instead of adding a new extension like what I said earlier.
My long-term money maker has been the bunker. I buy the supplies and deliver only one vehicle at a time, to make it easier. The time is longer now so two vehicles wouldn't be bad. I have some bunker tips videos, if you're interested. The nightclub is good money too, if you're online enough to build it up. I have a video about how to make the best profit in the nightclub. Another great tip is to make sure you do the missions in the Agency because after you've done 200 of them, you make some great money in the Agency safe. Lately, I've gotten back into Special Cargo. It takes a long time for the payoff, but the money is really good. I didn't like it when I had to steal the supplies, but I enjoy cargo now that I can buy them. Finally, if you play in a session with friends, the Vehicle Warehouse is a great way to make money too. I have videos on every one of the import missions for those. If you play solo, they send enemies after you and they do a lot of damage to your cars, so that eats into the profits a lot.

One thing to note is that *cars never spawn in camera view,* so it's better to look directly at the ground or walls for it to spawn closer. Great vid and I love how your characters mouth moves when speaking, looks so real ^^

Yes, I'm aware of looking away when you're trying to spawn a vehicle closer. In fact I usually look away and also straight down. I only show one clip in the video, but I usually do several spawn tests first. In the case of the Del Perro office, since that one is in an alley, the vehicles will always spawn on the street (except maybe the Sparrow might spawn in the alley).

In all of my property review videos, I usually try to mention which location I chose and why. I haven't really had time to make a more recent video about my daily grind though. Honestly, after you reach $400M after playing for 9 years, it's tough to get motivated to do the daily grind anymore, sadly.
Always appreciate guides like this as from the website its hard to properly assess how convenient a location can be.

Bought PB last week... before the sale lol. I'd heard it's a poor business but purchased for the ability to fast travel more then anything, haha. Most of the half dozen missions I've done are a 6-7 mile drive. The HVT you can only request a personal car to drive there which means a painful drive both ways, the lesser missions at least you can fly there. Tried picking up transport van with my cargobob, no go unfortunately - wondered if the armor makes any difference?? Should try putting my deluxo or oppressor into a personal garage to see if they can be entered for the HVT missions. I'll figure out which missions I like and make sure if I move, I'm not losing those. Cheers Champlette... nice to see you again... love your character, hubba hubba. If only you could ride on the back of my chopper... :)

To spawn vehicles you have to look to the ground so it spawns near you, if you are looking at the street it will spawn far away.

I do many test runs for the spawning before I record the video so even if I neglected to do that when I made the recording, I did look down and away during the testing of the spawns. I'll remember next time to demonstrate that during the video so viewers don't have to wonder.

that said, what i saw about the update looks pretty dire, its recycled lazy content from rockstar again the cashgrabs are getting more shameless. about the locations and my opinion on the spots:
Paleto bay: makes only sense when you are already located up there or need a spawn in the hinterland, otherwise its too far away
Davis: there are some businesses close by and maybe its interesting for new players as the helicopter tours are pretty nearby, but all in all its a hard sell for more established players as the location in itself does not have huge merits, and thats coming from someone who has the arcade and junkyard in that region
Del Perro: fairly interesting, close to the highway up the westcoast and dont forget jets are spawned on the beach and the beach also has a spawn for humongous aircraft like the Alkonost. also good accessibility, overall not bad
Mission row: probably the best location. as it has 3 great traits: its right before the exit of the subway, where you can lose the cops effordlessly with any vehicle, by entering the tunnels and waiting, which is beneficial cause you cant lester out of your wanted level in these missions. secondly it has a fairly good connection to the highway north and west, third: directly in front, in the channel, there is a spawnpoint for air vehicles like jets or attack choppers.
downtown vinewood: near to the best nighclub location and more central making it easier to go north (but imo equally easy as mission row) and it has 2 exits, but for me its not that interesting, because mission row just seems better
these were my 2 cents about locations

Always turn away from the street and look down before requesting a vehicle. They will not spawn a vehicle within your active cone of vision. I did this at the Vinewood site and my spawn was just off the lot.

You're right, I do the same. In fact I usually turn away and look straight down. However, sometimes the spawn locations are predetermined and nothing you do will make them better, especially like at the Del Perro bail office. I tried several times but it always spawned the on the street and wouldn't spawn a vehicle there in the alley.
@Champlette2 yah that would have been a deal breaker had I looked at that one. Almost all my businesses are clustered there. The airplane spawn I did not think of. Might have rethought had I known.

I have the Del Pierro office, and even though the van spawns in the alley when doing missions, my personal vehicle doesn't. And i really started hating the run to either the street on the north, or the longer run to the southern street.
I figured there would be someone doing a in depth video of these locations. But not many do, and not as in depth as you do. Kudos for that.
Your video did help choose a new location, reaffirming my thoughts about it, and rhe Vinewood office will be my new office.
The only thing i wish you would've done, is show where the vehicles spawned when starting a mission.
But that's a minor gripe.

I agree, I would have liked to have had the time to actually do some missions and cover the spawn locations for those, but that would have taken me so much more time to produce the video. In order to help people review the locations, I try to get them out as soon as I possibly can, so unfortunately there are some details I don't always have the chance to review.
@@Champlette2 Like I said, the vehicle mission spawns are a minor gripe.
I have seen channels do the basic 10 minute video about new locations, but they don't even cover half of the stuff you did. So honestly, don't worry about it!

@@Nephila23 Bad spawn points are what made me start making videos in the first place all those years ago. I bought the Integrity Way apartment and was shocked when I stepped out of the garage (which has a horrible metal rail around it that often damages your car) to find that when I called the mechanic, my vehicle spawned out on the street on the north side of the building. I hated that apartment so much that it made me start making videos to help other people avoid buying something they wouldn't like.

FYI, the vehicle always spawns where you're not looking. So, if you turn around and face the opposite direction, it should appear behind you. Additionally, if you move your camera upward to look above your character, the vehicle should spawn in front of you. However, this might vary between personal and business vehicles.
Yes I am well aware of that tip. I usually look straight down and in the opposite direction of where I hope the vehicle will spawn. Although it might not have looked like I knew that when I made this video, I did do several tests before I recorded the final clip and I was careful to try to get the best possible spawn that I could. Thanks for the tip, though!

@@Champlette2 so 1st it was Mission Row basically just since that was what they showed in the trailer. Now I'm at Del Perro because my nightclub, agency, arcade, cocaine MC business, 2 high-end apartments at Weazel & Richards Majestic & even moved my CEO office back over there since everything is all right there together for now BUT I'm thinking about either going to Davis since my auto shop, salvage yard, arena is over by there & possibly moving my MC clubhouse back with it although I always go back & fourth with it & have moved it about 10× but I kinda like keeping it up in Sandy just to have something up there that I don't necessarily have to keep running back to to collect safes from & can just call my bikes from MC interaction menu.

@@Champlette2 So I hope I could paint somewhat of a pic of what's on my mind. Currently questioning either Davis or the one you chose at the end actually. Del Perro works with my other properties, I just don't really like the location/building as much as the others. I also try to match the exterior with the interiors if ever possible even though we know that isn't always the case.

@@Champlette2 So I also got a LS located office on my second character and between both locations one thing is clear. I have to drive around 5 miles every. single. time. All my Paleto office bounties are in the city, and all my LS office bounties are up north lol. I've done around 40 in total now, and no exceptions. I find myself already done with this update to be honest. It would have been a good starter business if it was a bit cheaper I suppose, but for this price and with these low payouts and long drives I'm not a big fan lol. Fun for a little roleplaying once in a while I guess.
@@Slwmllw I couldn't agree more. Frankly I only did two bounties and I was over it. I did enjoy getting to see inside of one of the Richards Majestic studios, but it was just basically empty inside anyway, so not as much fun as it could have been. I really feel like Rockstar basically phoned this one in. It could have been fun like you said to roleplay to get close to a target, or something like that. This is just show up, shoot everything that moves, and grab the target. No nuance.

Great video! I purchased the Del Perro location for my second character. It's literally next to his club. The Clucking Bell Raid, clothing store is near it. His bank and apartment is near it. BUT.... The only real down side for me is there is no visible Bail office sign in the front of building, so if if you don't own it, you won't know it's there.
Not a big deal but I want would prefer the sign to be street visible instead of tucked away in the back. But that isn't a big deal just a preference. And you are sooo right about the vehicle spawn. I have to travel and run through the alley's just to get in my vehicle. That is really the most annoying thing for me.
Me not excited at all about the business itself, but extremely excited about the shopping around process. And the best part, we get a new Champlette Video! 🙂

I always wanted business property at the paleto bay (for easy spawn at top of the map). But most people said the mission will mostly be at the city. Then i end up bought the procopio apartment. Too bad, this apartment only can put 6 vehicles instead 10
I have that apartment too! It is nice to have the option to spawn up there in Paleto Bay. I mostly only use that option when I'm making videos but it definitely comes in handy to save travel time.

Ah, I've still been here, just didn't have any new properties to review. I did do the Salvage Yard properties about 6 months ago, but unfortunately we just haven't gotten any other new properties in the last two years. Thanks for coming back again!
One thing to keep in mind, since you have to drive your van into the garage after each mission, and you’re automatically kicked out the front door upon starting a mission, (which should spawn your van in front of you), it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle having the pedestrian door and the garage door on opposite sides of the building.
That sounds good, so I hope it does work out that way. I was thinking a little more about when you just go in to empty the safe. It used to drive me crazy at the Insert Coin arcade when I'd enter through the front door to empty the safe but then I'd go down to check the terminal and when I left through the garage door, my vehicle was way out front. However, if I'm just going into the bounty office to empty the safe, I don't see a reason I'd be going downstairs and leaving through the garage door after that. I think that will work out ok.
For some strange reason it feels like this business would've been perfect for the Sandy Shores area to give that part of the map more activities.

@@Champlette2 it comes in handy for me especially with the 100 car garage that now has an auto shop, the discounts and all the new extras are also great! Since it went up though. I'll probably drop it in the near future. Rockstar is talking about making it mandatory on a three tier level up to $20.00 a month for GTA 6. I'm not sure I like that idea. Especially since PlayStation Plus has gone up so much.
I bought the one in davis because its close to my autoshop and the nightclub, the area might not have much do in it aside from the barbershop and the garage area is abit tight but overall im satisfied with it thank you so much

I got the one at downtown because i like the bulding and location. But i wish we had more options since i already have 4 business pretty close. I mean, i would love to spread the business around the map a little more if the options were a little better.

Del Perro is super convenient and awesome. You mentioned being near the beach. That’s a huge draw for me, I already live in the middle of a big city irl so it’s nice being over there. Most of my businesses are along the beaches or as close as possible. And the garage door & front door are next to each other. The west side highway is basically right there. There are 2 ceo offices a block or 2 away. 2 nightclubs nearby. And the closest gun shop isn’t that far away.
Also an oppressor mk2 solves a lot of the distance issues for all bail bond locations. You can spawn it right next to u if mc prez and fly it to ur objective. The bail bond van will automatically appear nearby when u apprehend the criminal.
Sorry for the essay, hopes this helps anyone tho if they’re considering Del Perro.

I always say I'm just pointing out things about the different locations, but every player is unique and their needs ultimately determine the best properties for them. There really is a lot to like about that Del Perro location, especially if you spend a lot of time at the Del Perro nightclub.

The interior design options are very clear when you view them during the renovation process after you buy it. There just wasn't anything interesting to review about it. It's pretty much just a basic 10-car garage with 5 levels you can access by an elevator. The color options are very simple, basically just an accent color. They could have done so much more with this.

Have chosen the Del Perro location just because Cleo Song is my favourite HVT & is right down the block from both the mission & my nightclub. Although I just wished it has similar open space accessibility as the Mission Row location... Regardless I won't be using it much anyways once I got the majority of the career progress tier challenges done.
I actually like the Paleto Bay one the best, although the location is way out there. I do like to spread out my business though, it just seems to make the world a bigger, more varied place. It doesn't seem like this is a business that you will grind much anyway, just like the salvage yard.
I agree, I think the office at Paleto Bay is the best one. I just wish Paleto Bay wasn't SO far away. That's a lot of travel time.

With the time increase for Bunker/MC missions, I wanted to become the King of Paleto Bay. Driving up north while being chased is part of the fun.
I know what you mean. I realize I'm not well, but I enjoy the Dubstas chasing me when I'm in the dune buggy. It's exciting and I love out-smarting them.
I personally went with the courtroom style and the Davis location.

Great video as always wasn't sure what interior style to go with before, the 70s interior is definitely not for me. I chose the del pero location because my office, nightclub, mc clubhouse and apartment are all right there.

@@ProcyonDei Well.. you could theorize, because the door we see inside the agency is not the street door, there is a staircase which we don't get to see, another issue with these spaces is the orientation of the layout that does not exactly match... maybe it's best not to think about this too much and just let it slide....
I went with style 2 since it syncs well with the exterior of downtown vinewood bail office.
I have ocd with the legal businesses as I prefer style 2 of nightclub (black techno style) but went with style 3 as the lights outside the nightclub are pink.

I think the best location is to just not buying any having looked at the payouts of the bounties, but hey at least there are some in paleto, so people paying extra are also having to go all the way to the other side of the map.

Yeah, the payouts don't look so good on these, but maybe I'm missing something. Only saw the dlc showcase from broughy, there are three bounties that change every hour and are in free roam. His had a payout of 37-40,000$ and one that changes daily in a separate mission for 129,000$, but they all need time to be processed for the payout. The daily one took him 12 Minutes as it was also very close by, but could maybe be done in 7 or so and also granted a bonus of 5k$ for collecting a painting on the way. I don't know how long it takes to process the bounties but supposedly the two agents help with speeding that up.
I don’t know how you can continue to play this game if money is always a factor. Sometimes you gotta embrace the role playing aspect of doing things and just have fun
@@C_Doc80 But the missions also don't really seem interesting. There's a little bit of R* jokes in there which is funny, but apart from that they are pretty bland "go there, shoot everyone except for the target, drive back while people are chasing you" type missions.
If you're having fun with these then that's great, nobody wants to take away that.

I'd be curious if you second guess the location you settled on after trying out the business and I'm curious as to why you changed Auto shops away from your business hub

Regarding the Auto Shop move, I loved that Hawick location, but after I got my Salvage Yard in Strawberry, I thought it would be fun to have the Auto Shop in Strawberry very nearby too. I've really liked having those two businesses so close to each other. Too bad there's not a Salvage Yard further north like in maybe Pillbox Hill or Mirror Park.

I like having my businesses close together as well but split East & West and went with the Salvage yard in Murrieta Hights because it's also near my Auto shop and all the 10 car garages are east of the river. it's my vehicle hub so I get it. I'm thinking of getting the Mesa Bail Bonds business because it's right next to my Nightclub and would be easy to incorporate into my daily routine since I wouldn't be using it as a primary source of income

I was waiting for a discount and finally got the Bail Bonds Business.
After a little research I discovered that the location I had my eye on was closest to 7 of the 18 normal bounties and an easier drive to the 5 that appear in Paleto Bay. The vehicle spawn is not the worst since I usually just walk between my NC, High-end Apt. , Ex Office, so not an issue.
I like the 3 different approaches and I can keep the NC popularity up between missions and when I'm focusing on something else I can pop in and send out agents when I'm taking care of my NC so there's a benefit to both.
Did you find that your location was perfect for you?
Would you recommend a new location now that we know where most of the bounties are located?
Or taking into consideration aircraft spawn locations?

I have a few friends that love that east side, so I know exactly what you mean.
Hmmm... a new "how I make money" video.... that might be a good idea. The short version is that it's due to grinding and making the most of double bonuses. During the last double special crate bonus, I bought crates all day long every 48 minutes (even while I was working from home, don't tell my boss!) and I sold 5 full warehouses twice during that week. That was $40M right there.
I'll give that some thought. I am working some long hours in real life lately so I don't have much time to make videos, but maybe I will sometime later this year.
Thanks for the reply. So it looks like you added special crates into your grind? I remember years ago you were against them because they took too long to collect. I guess now with Lupe and her crew you can just send them to gather them. I guess you do them same with Rooster in the hanger? It's amazing how much has changed in terms of money making for the solo player. I remember for the longest time Import/Export and VIP work were the go to recipe. It's also great they finally added the ability to sell in invite only sessions without the need to find or glitch yourself into a public session. And we haven't even mentioned Cayo yet despite all the nerfs they done to it. So if you have the time Champlette, an updated 2024 money guide video would be very interesting to see. I'm sure it would help a lot of new and experienced players who might not be sure which activities to do or focus on. Thanks again!
@@Dark_Graphite You make a very good point. I haven't even tried the "new" hangar sales yet. Unfortunately, my real life job has me working a minimum of 50 hours a week these days so I just haven't had the time or energy to play very much. I basically only get one evening a week to play, unlike the old days when I used to play every night. I still haven't finished the Vincent heist (not as the leader), I've only stolen and sold 2 cars from the Salvage Yard, and I've only done Cayo Perico once in maybe the last two years.
Yes you're right. Once I could buy crates instead of paying for them and having to retrieve them, it made the Special Cargo more fun for me. That's the same reason I don't enjoy the MC businesses very much. The sales are just way too long. I only have limited play time, so I don't want to spend nearly 30 minutes of it just making one sale, ya know?

I think with this property it should've come with more extensions like the nightclub, like with those double doors, to make it as a extra space for a shooting range, either another garage like with the vehicle warehouse instead of adding extra doors to make them useless, so I think that they should've added more extensions for this property as I said just and a short animation in which we can use the police baton to bang against the cell telling the bounty to pipe down in there.
I agree they left many good opportunities on the drawing board with this property, and with the missions.
@Champlette2 They did actually I think the design for the bail office was kinda rushed for the design and they added those doors for a decoration instead of adding a new extension like what I said earlier.

My long-term money maker has been the bunker. I buy the supplies and deliver only one vehicle at a time, to make it easier. The time is longer now so two vehicles wouldn't be bad. I have some bunker tips videos, if you're interested. The nightclub is good money too, if you're online enough to build it up. I have a video about how to make the best profit in the nightclub. Another great tip is to make sure you do the missions in the Agency because after you've done 200 of them, you make some great money in the Agency safe. Lately, I've gotten back into Special Cargo. It takes a long time for the payoff, but the money is really good. I didn't like it when I had to steal the supplies, but I enjoy cargo now that I can buy them. Finally, if you play in a session with friends, the Vehicle Warehouse is a great way to make money too. I have videos on every one of the import missions for those. If you play solo, they send enemies after you and they do a lot of damage to your cars, so that eats into the profits a lot.
