If you're gonna stay for more weeks I recommend you to go to Shenzhen where I am currently living. And there're lots of foreigners here, especially in Sea World in Nanshen District, the communication won't be a problem. Alipay for short term tourists has something called Tour Pass, check it out. But I really wish a different and simpler app.

I think when you shop in these malls, you need to prepare a translation software first, and show the most critical information to the salesperson. If they don’t have it in their store, they will recommend you to a store that suits you.
