    I might try and grow some of those greens. I can't find specialty items in the Champlain Valley. My available greens do this dish is bok choy, broccoli, asparagus, or spinach.

    I would have never guessed your garlic was so old! How do you do it looks so youthful? I trim the green shoot. Great demo. I do hate a crowded wok.

    Great video! Thanks for making and posting this video. Very helpful info on cooking greens with stems. I purchased her book and wok with utensils she recommend. I can't wait to get started. I am amazed how quick the wok cooks!
