Soundcraft UI16 Show Setup

Hello !!! I used to have the master fader fixed in the right of the screen but tottally dessapear. And i dont know how to set to always show please help me

I don't think it is possible to not have the master fader on the right. I suspect this is an issue with your browser. Are you using windows?

@UsingSCUI16 yes in windows and mac its the same. The master fader line dessapear and appear when I click the "UI" button. Please help..
