my home made " Honey Soy Pork " is surprisingly easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
Pork chop
50-60 grams of honey
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup of chicken stock/broth
40-50 grams of unsalted butter
salt and pepper
thyme
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 onion diced
while wine 1-2 tbs
vegetable oil for frying
