I'm currently building a Chaos Dwarf team out of the Dwarf Giants Team kit, a box of Hobgrot Slittas from Age of Sigmar which are just Hobgoblins with a trademarked name, and a pair of horses from the Slaves to Darkness Chaos Chariot. You get 12 dwarfs (I'm using the two slayers for Bull Centaurs and then convert six unique poses for the other dwarfs) and 20 Hobgrots which is more then enough for your Hobgoblins. Then the rest is just sculpting. EDIT: oh and Chaos Warrior helmets for heads.
I think your calculation is slightly off with the "No Centaurs" build? You can have 1 mino, 6 dwarfs, 5 hobs, and 3 RR's for 980k Or 1 mino, 6 dwarfs, 4 hobs, 3 RR's, 1 Apothecary and 1 fan
i wouldn't bother with juggernaut on a mino. Just save up for Block, tackle, and prehensile tail. It'll be expensive, but it will really mitigate the effects of your negatrait
Would love to see some new plastic Chaos Dwarfs, looks like they are gone now from Forgeworld so either means new ones on the way or we are back to no official mini days
Whenever they drop Chorfs - they are going to be popular as heck! I'll be interested to see how they plan out the Bull Centaurs though... Add ons? 1 Bull, 3 Blockers, 2 Hobs

Been waiting for this video since the legends lists came out. I bought a team from Hungry Troll miniatures, just before the announcement of the new season. Complete with minotaur and dwarves with classic hats. Looking forward to unleash them on the pitch
I'd really love to see them add secret weapons to Chaos Dwarfs if they get an official reboot. A couple of Death Shrieker Rcoket Launcher dudes (Bazooka bombardier guys who could also be passers) and an iron daemon (think Chaos Dwarf version of a Deathroller) would be great thematically. I think the former could fill one of the weaker aspects of the roster, however with the Mino already I doubt anyone would ever take an Iron Daemon but it would be fun.... and scary haha!
Haha, that would definitely add the chaotic aspect that was so great about Chaos Dwarves in WHFB/ManOWar!! I think you're right- they'd have to lose the Mino to get a ChRoller!!
@@BoneheadPodcast Ahhhhhhh! Man O War! My Dwarf fleet has not seen battle since the 90's! Definitely the next specialist game GW needs to bring back. I just remember it taking longer to set up than play but still a great game. I should play test a Chaos Dwarf roller/mino/deathshriker roster!

I have both of those teams. The willy team is super nice, the unfortunate thing is the scale. The look 25 to 28mm the gaspez team is even better in quality, but their scale is extremely large. They may fall between 35 to 38mm on average. Both are worth having.

I have to give a shoutout to Impact Miniatures Black Rock Dwarf Hobgoblin Team. They are quite inexpensive comparitively and they come with everything except a Minotaur, which they have for another $7.
They also do the Rolljordan Volmarian dwarf team. A complete team with the bull centaurs and mino for about £33. And while you're shopping at impact you could pick up their Zoat the Bibbisaur for £7, bit cheaper than the fw zoat

Chaos dwarves are going to fair alright. They are a grind and running routes team. They'll be fine
These guys will be absolutely fine!! I think the Mino got a buff, but Break Tackle got nerfed for the Centaurs!
Guaranteed mutations is a serious buff in leagues.

That first roster seems to only be 940K?

6 CD: 6*70=420k
4 Hob: 4*40=160k
3 rer: 210k
Total: 940k
