I legit cannot stress how EASY these were to make. Potatoes are very forgiving, so please give it a try if you're nervous. I have 2 suggestions though... 1) Those little pieces of potato that you cut out at the beginning, don't throw em. I made some quick fries while I waited for everything else to cook. Nice little snack! Just cut em, pat dry em, fry em, then toss pepper/salt as it cools 2) Add the thyme/rosemary when you add the liquid stock, less burning chance this way
