The video is about interview tips so you can use them for any interview. Thank you for providing your view, this video is designed to help people, as with all the videos on this channel. I wish you well on your journey. Thank you for watching.
Luke Davis Thanks Luke, great that you have picked that up, attention to detail and you clearly have that. Appreciate the feedback, be awesome out there!
It has been 7 years but it's still incredibly helpful and useful. I've successfully passed the first interview and preparing to the next one. Behavioural questions will be important. One thing to ask you. How we can talk about salary expectations in a polite way ? Since there are energy crisis and inflation. Thank you for your video 👍🏻
Firstly salary should be already known in the job advert. Secondly if you have to ask about salary make it a secondary question because you want the job not just for the salary it’s because you’re going to love the work and you need to make sure they know about that, before you talk about salary. Thanks for supporting I appreciate you and congratulations for getting through the first stage👌
@@josenoya-InspirationNation Thanks for your quick respond 😊 salary was unknown (competitive) in the job advert. Totally agree on you inspiration for the work is more important than salary. I'm happy to find one 😊 l hope salary will be sufficient as well.
@@tufan_kucuk you can still ask about salary as we all need to pay our bills, but after you have made it clear that this role is what you really want and how it will inspire you. You’re more than welcome 🙏
Hi Ben thank you for your comments and your kind words, I do want to help people fulfil their potential. Re the Land Rover question; I did some research and I found many people who were looking for guidance to be able to work for Jaguar Land Rover, hence the video. However I wanted to ensure that it would also benefit others too! Yes the mirroring is a great way to get rapport, let me know how you get in with it. Whatever you do I wish you great success and thank you again for commenting; check out my website for more free tools! Kind regards your peak performance coach Joe
jncoachingtechnology I've just applied for a automotive role at jlr I passed the first assessment but I've now got to complete a logical assessment with questions any tips
MIKE Hi Mike well done for getting to that stage. Personally I have not completed one for a job interview but my daughter had to complete non verbal reasoning, I had a go at some practice examples which is the best way to get used to them. There are plenty of examples on the Internet. I found this for you and I hope it helps. www.kent.ac.uk/careers/psychotests.html So get in plenty of practice prior to the assessment! Let me know how you get on and whatever happens you have done well. Be awesome out there Mike!
Although you state your advice is obviously applicable to any job interview, is there any reasoning as to why you have mentioned Jaguar Land Rover specifically? l shall look into 'mirroring' in more depth now and how the subconscious draws on this to project perhaps some degree of assimilation to the interviewer but in the main, it was pretty much textbook advice from school. l enjoyed watching though, you seem very genuine in your intent. Thank.
Thank you I appreciate you, I hope your development has been growing since this comment. Not sure why I didn't reply sooner as just found this. Thank you for watching I appreciate you. #IN
That’s clearly an unfair internal process! You need to consider whether it’s a place you still want to work at if that’s how they recruit for roles. That would be a very personal choice for you!You need make your choice and decide what you really want! Thanks for watching and stay inspired
i'll be applying soon, i have no automotive experience but i have been working as a electrical technician on f/a 18's for the last 4 years. Will that experience be competitive at this business?
Nikk CArroll Wishing you all the best. In relation to your query it would be best to contact them direct to get the technical feedback you need. So get to know the technical part and then use the tips to strengthen your interview. Be awesome!
There is always a way, You Tube is awesome just search there, there are so many good teachers. Thank you so much for your question Anbu! In fact on Instagram there is someone who may be able to help. Why in hell would anyone want a job with a company that produces the most unreliable vehicles in the world has the most dissatisfied customer's and is about to go bankrupt !
Against all the odds, still going strong and currently seeing some massive investment in Halewood, Liverpool for the EMA infrastructure. Looks like a bright future to me
