It also helps that her ai covers are actually pretty good now.

Neuro has really come a long way, she's close to passing the Turing Test flawlessly, I can feel it XD

Ok, so serious question. Did vedil also program her tracked movements? She looks oddly life like and friggin adorable. She looks like she's having so much fun
While I can't speak on specifics I can make some educated guesses. A lot of the credit is owed to the excellent modelling and rigging of the Live2d model, which handles a lot of interpolation between data tracking points by the camera. Such as facial tracking, eye tracking, etc. Notice her eyes are fairly straight forward most of the time. What can be conceivable done is using the waveform from the song is generate a random output of data points of where the "face" and "body" are at in different points of the song. From there the Live2d software model rigging will handle the rest of the interpolation.
gay uncle teru is probably responsible for most of that actually.

"Bad apple!!'' is not made by zun, nor sung by him but sung by nomico, however it is based on Ellys theme ''Bad apple'' from touhou 4 I think and the original is made by zun. If you can please change the title and do your research because zun did not make the famous ''Bad Apple!!''.
