Old Start 1999 Amtran Bus

Old start of a 1999 Amtran RE with the T444E that has been sitting, unstarted, for 8 years. Bus was bought at auction with intentions of converting to a camper. Project was started but never completed. Now it's headed to the scrap yard.

Those old buses are the best. Those old 7.3 diesels will always fire right up no matter how long they sit for.

Such a beautiful song. I always thought the school bus starter sounded quite metallic like. Has a little bit different cam profiles than the Ford 7.3 L. Good old reliable Unkillable Navistar T444E.

Hello would you happened to have a owners manual for the bus or know where I can get one? I'm in the process of converting my bus and I'm in need of the full specs of the bus so that I can have a blueprint/floor plan drawn up. Thank you for taking the time to read this
