Very happy with this figure. Much closer to my mind eyes of Firefly. My torso was a little loose but not too bad like yours

I have been anticipating this one. I understand the complaint that folks would rather have a new figure than a re-release of an older one. However, it is par for course. I am only surprised he wasn't released on Retro Card Back.
Just got mine in the mail today, and his ab crunch joint was super tight when I first tried to move it, then when it finally gave way, it made a snapping sound, and now it's super loose. Anyway, I still think it's an awesome figure. Great review and video, as always!

Mine unfortunately has a very loose chest. Hoping the 2nd one I ordered is in better condition because I was looking forward to this guy the most. Still looks amazing when posed. They should've given him somewhere to hold the remote though.
Edit: As of 10/16/23 I have purchased 5 from Target and 2 from Walmart. All 7 have a loose chest. 1 had a severely damaged left elbow. Another came with the arm popped off fresh out the box (still clipped in). It's safe to assume they're almost all defective. Definitely disappointing because visually it's very nice but in hand it feels cheap.

Cant wait for mine to come in ordered this firefly and a snow serpent first gi joes i bought in almost 35 yrs im excited beleive it or not gonna put them in my gun room gonna pose firefly doing a mag change might try and make a platoon of serpents artic bats and maybe throw storm shadow in the mix 💯✊️
Hated the first Firefly because of the giant vest so never got him. Will definitely get this version.
Missed out on the first so happy this one came out. Just got him in last night and luckily not one of the loose ones. Was worried my set would be incomplete if they didnt reissue.
I wanna see that little RC car just sneak under a vamp or a parked sky striker on the joe base and firefly detonates it and 💥🔥💥🔥……and then cobra comes in full attack mode on the pit ……..I wish there was like a cool ,high end cartoon for these figures that would be a great opening scene for a episode……or a cliff hanger ending for one……lol sorry just looking at my firefly I just unboxed and that’s what I thought

rip ray stevenson he was my favorite part of gi joe 2, and he was a great punisher. knee drop from the rooftop i need not say more. i really hope this firefly doesn’t have any issues like im seeing, but my luck with classified has become just that. i somehow get all the janky copies. gripes aside i still really, really like the first release firefly. you just cant go wrong with an expert saboteur. he is my #1 gi joe character as he sparks my imagination like no other in the joe universe. hes just as stealthy as a ninja, but packs the firepower of a whole battalion. you only find out he was there after all your ordinance, and vehicles are destroyed.
I’m looking forward to getting my figure soon, love Firefly.

I was fairly sadden by how loose my firefly torso was, plus the waist gapping. The figure is basically a bobbling mess.
oh great thats probably how mine will come. i got him off target though so i can take him back if he sucks.

@@MrSampson795 That will help tighten his torso. But the waist gapping and the bobbling of his waist joint, makes the figure unbearable.
Firefly is a QC / design nightmare.
I pre-ordered mine off of BBTS, I hope I don’t have the same problem.
Actually its a quality issue, it was a molded bump, it wasnt a peg that broke off.
Loosened torso is the reason I cancelled my pre-order. Just can't fathom a 30 dollar figure without proper QC.
Hasbro ruins this excellent figure with loose waists. Are you planning on returning it to Hasbro? I heard all figures shipping has the same QC issues.

Just got my Firefly from pulse and have that loose ab crunch
I just bought him today….I waited a little bit after seeing that some initial figures were loose. My figure seems fine to me….we just opened it and it doesn’t seem loose to me!
I got him for Christmas from Gamestop. The shipping box wasn't opened and just wrapped for me. On Christmas morning I opened him up to find the Firefly box was ripped and damaged, but the shipping box was fine. Why would they ship like that? Had to return him as I like to keep the boxes, but no Firefly replacement at the store so no Firefly for me 💔
How the hell do you put the backpack on, why classified make backacks with small pegs, pointless.

I guess it's better late than never. I don't like it however I understand why Hasbro didn't start with giving us iconic versions. Who knows maybe ppl would've bought the new and supposedly improved G.I Joe characters. After giving us the classic looks. Because Hasbro didn't I left the classified series behind. I'll stick with S7 and possibly Retro. If I can find retros In stores.
I wanted the original classified FireFly but I just never pulled the trigger because that vest was ugly. I pre ordered this one on BigBad but it's not shipping til Nov I think
So I'm not sure if that's a common issue or not I also purchased my Firefly initially from a Canadian website and it's exactly the same way his whole bottom half is just jiggly. Then I got them from Hasbro and there was no problem whatsoever I believe the initial run of those Figures were flawed
