- Ingredients for Rice Pancakes:-
- Rice (2cups)
- Ivory White Lentils (3 tbsp)
- Split Chickpeas (2 tbsp)
- Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp)
- Water
Ingredients for Black Peas Curry:-
- Black Peas (1 cup)
- Onion ( 1 medium size)
- Coconut (grated -1 cup)
- Peppercorns (5-6)
- Cloves (2-3)
- Coriander seeds (1 tbsp)
- Poppy seeds (1 tsp)
- Fennel seeds (1 tsp)
- Cinnamon (1 small piece)
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Garlic (4 petals)
- Kokum /Garcinia Indica (a little bit)
- Red chili powder (1 tsp)
- Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
- Malvani masala (1.5 tsp)
- Oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Coriander leaves
