Also, I googled "uromiro"; looks like it's Iodamide, a pharmaceutical drug used as an iodinated contrast medium for x-ray imaging...primarily on female reproductive organs. Its in really bad shape now. Some idiot from Europe went around to all the hospitals stealing the lights and operating tables. The green room is completely gutted now. No light or table anymore as of last summer.
What a beautiful place! Also full of sadness. I have been to many mental hospitals. I know the kind of psychic energy they contain and it’s extremely visceral. That kind of energy leaves an imprint that stays behind.
Ice baths promote circulation and is very good for health and longevity. But they are very uncomfortable and could be dangerous if exposure is prolonged. Also without consent they would be torturous.

Eugenics isn’t necessarily pseudoscience though certain types of eugenics are such as German eugenics where they believed in pure German ancestry. Any racial eugenics is mostly proven to be pseudoscience. Dog breeding is a form of eugenics. Eugenics can be considered highly unethical in most human cases.
