Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department has an early morning 3rd alarm fire at a recycling center

JFRD responds to a recycling center in the early morning hours to find large plums of smoke and fire...this quickly goes to a 3rd alarm to get ladder pipes and long hose lays into play.

@@RESCUECHANNEL79 Yes. We had a paper recycling ♻ warehouse catch fire,and it burnt for days. They had a hard time with it, as the paper was in tight bales. I hope you have a great day Rescue, and stay safe ❤️🙂⚘️🚒.

This is an impossible job and yall handled it great. I do have a question though,and Im sorry for upsetting you, but given the high incidence of cancer in firefighters, why are your crews carrying their SCBAS but not using them?
