hi guys its been a while but im back here i go over an issue that seems to happen to c5's at some point i hope this solves the problem for you guys as well let me know if it does
I have a 2000 I bought this winter; same color and everything. I wish my problems were this simple. Also having a problem with the pop up lights and I even had a mechanic replace the motor and do some other work on it but still an issue. The driver side one stays popped up even when the lights are off. When I turn on the car and turnon the headlights that one goes down and the other one goes up. ???
Love these c5 but definitely didn't know how many issues I would end up having I still love my baby though it's a 2001 c5 zo6 and had 35 thousand miles when purchased and still is under 60 thousand and it's in mint condition but definitely is a head ache that's for sure my driver side headlight won't raise at all only passenger side does any help???
Yeah if you want your C5 to look like a bull frog. Those are hideous and only worked on the LeMans cars. The sleepy-eye projector from Sharplight that stays 1/2 up all the time is a *slightly* better alternative.
Thanks for the fix! I was about to leave for the shop to get the lamp fixed but thought I'd give youtube a chance first. Very cool!
My torch red 99 did the same exact thing only once and hasn't repeated yet, but now I know what to look for. Thank you!
Thank you, solved my driver headlight issue after a long winter storage...
no problem glad i was able to help
What is that paint color I like it

glad to hear my video helped you thanks for watching
This C5 would look like a real beast if you switched out those ugly pop up lights and replaced them with Black Dual Projector Headlights.
Nah those r ghetto and look off on looks.
lol i thought about it for some time but ended up not doing it
