    I like low stomp kicks, knee and ankle areas .. lower risk and no need to be warm.

    I was taught self defense many years ago I was taught 3 kicks I used today. I was never kick above the waist. To this day I don’t think it’s practical unless you’re fighting in a tournament.

      what do you think about leg sweeps? Specifically the forward leg sweep since in a street fight you should never turn your back to the aggressor.

    I like the ankle sweep kick and the teep kick. But where is the side thrust man.!!? Side thrust is not only one of the most powerful kicks period., but with a little practice you can develop excellent speed. With a simple 1-2 or 1-1 setup, Side thrust to ribs. Broken ribs. Game over. It is bar none one of the most brutal kicks there is.
