"Miller High Life, also known as the Champagne of Beers, is a quintessentially classic, American-style lager. In 1903, Frederick Miller created Miller High Life because he believed that the good life, the High Life, should be accessible to everyone, not just the upper crust. To this day, Miller High Life continues to be faithfully brewed as a golden pilsner, utilizing light-stable galena hops from the Pacific Northwest and a select combination of malted barley.

This has become a go-to beer for me unless I go with a light beer. Refreshing after mowing the lawn or goes great with grilling out. $7.99 for a 12 pack where I live, hard to beat.

@@ronaldtheriot in Canada we Get Miller High Life imported from America in the Bottles. But the Cans are brewed under license. I had the real imported Miller High Life which my father Bought at Wal mart in Bellingham Washington in the huge 32 ounce cans. This was on a Thursday Aguest 2016. We took it Back to Canada. And I remember it tasted like Fosters and it had a Champagne like Quality to it. I may revist it since we get the imported version in the Bottles. Which are on Sale for $18.99 for a 12 pack of 355 ML bottles. Are the Government BC liquire stores.

@@ronaldtheriot we get the real Miller High Life imported from America in 12 packs in the bottles at 355 Ml. the cans are horrible they are made in here in Canada it tastes completly diffrent from the real version from America i may revist this since its the real Miller Life . the Miller Hgh Life from America tastes a bit like Fosters and has a white Wine or Champage feel with Campange like bubbles. it was fantastic i had it in the summer of 2016

Miller High Life is definitely one of my favorite beers. I wish I could drink it more often but the store I go to only sells it in large quantities and I don't buy bulk beer often.

🍺 It's bnot the hops that resist the skunk smell it's the ABSORBIC ACID! ( Vitamin C ) that prevents the hops from creating that skunk smell ! The reaction with light cause the hops to degrade... Not with Miller and a few others.... The MGD is the Premium it has less 🌽 corn adjunct Ingredients and more Malts! I personally love Miller High Life! I had an urge to drink this again after a long time of drinking every other beer you can think of. Bought a 12 of bottles and it disappeared fast. This is a very smooth and tasty beer.

I had my first Miller beer around 1975. The 8 oz Miller Pony was the go to summer beer and if I've drank one I've drank a million of em(almost). I'm currently having the exact same beer as you guys. I was a confirmed Bud Light drinker until I finally woke up one day and realized mop water had more taste than Bud. Cheers gentlemen!

Miller High Life bottles is my go to weekday beer. I can afford the expensive stuff which I indulge in once in a while but Miller is just a good value and taste.

Growing up in the 80's we use have endless summers with Miller High Life. The little Market down the street would sell to us highschoolers as long as someone had a mu mustash!😂. It was cheap good beer that meet the needs!

I remember JAX beer in Oklahoma in the mid 1960's. We drank it because it was two bottles for 25 cents. The enlisted men's club at Ft. Sill. Good review guys!

Beer being certified kosher is a thing. Kosher laws are Jewish religious/dietary laws of purity for health and religious reasons. For those of us who keep kosher we look for a product certification of kosher before we purchase and consume a product, as this assures that the product has met the required standards of purity, etc. Great review. Once I stopped drinking soft drinks, Claude, I began to feel so much better.
I've been drinking MILLER HIGH LIFE for quite a few years and besides liking the taste I can drink beer with all my meals and still enjoy the taste of my food without the beer OVERPOWERING it.......This past month I turned 88 years old and did MILLER help to make me live longer ?......Most likely NOT !.....But it surely didn't harm me, that's for sure....

Miller High life is such an excellent quality light lager for a great price. Walmart has the 12 pack bottles for $8.29 . Great value. The funny thing is that I prefer the big bottle when I can find it.

Much love ronald and im not with making people feel bad about things but from my experience the honest truth is most beer are better to be poured side ways so the beer hits the side of the cup instead of the bottom. If not the bubbly foam will be too strong, its basically so you can drink the beer instead of all the foam.

My favorite American beers are Miller High Life and Coors Banquet. Right now in Ontario we have a limited time availabilty of Miller high life (original brewed in Milwaukee not molson contract MHL) I hope it becomes a regular listed item at the LCBO.

Hey Mr. Ron, They had a one day sale at Albertsons on Friday, a 12 pack of MHL bottles for 5 dollars (and it was fresh).. Of course I bought it. Not bad for 45 cents a beer after tax.

Another fun video. Miller High Life was always in my house growing up in the 60s and 70s. Pretty sure it was the first beer I ever tasted. How about doing a High Life versus Pabst Blue Ribbon taste challenge? Where I live, 16 ounce cans of High Life go for about 10 cents more than PBRs. It’s a topic of debate with my buddies which is better. Cheers! 🍻

Just bought a 24 ounce can ($1.49) to try and wanted to get your thoughts on Miller High Life. So much great stuff here! I find the kosher thing interesting (I happen to be Jewish), that is an extra level of certification in the manufacturing process....not that I actually keep kosher but I know those who do. Love the reference to the twist tops on the bottles that can be resealed, good for lightweights like me. Since I'm here in the Cleveland area, love your Indians/wahoo shirt....I had season tickets back some years ago, I'm not a fan of the Guardians logo/name whatsoever. And....you referenced Rush, of which I'm a huge life long fan (since college for sure).....if you have the Live In Cleveland CD and/or DVD, I was at that show as it was recorded. I'll check out some of your other Miller High Life reviews....seems like it's a decent drinkable brew.

I picked up a Miller High Life 32 ounce bottle tonight, I'm so disappointed they changed the label! We use to call the 32 ounce bottles "tall blondes" because of the lady that use to be on the label and the fact that it's a big bottle. I still enjoy a Miller High Life from time to time. They taste great when you haven't had one in awhile. Cheers...........

I like miller high life, I had a request to review it. Out of all the miller brands I prefer the high life.
I think my favorite Miller product is Red Dog, but we haven't gotten it in Louisiana, since early 2014.
High Life is what I usually buy. It's affordable, delicious and just my all around favorite. Even if I can afford the more expensive options, I still opt for this beer. I'll go through about 24 by myself every weekend.

Jugga Slow me, I prefer Busch Light. But Miller Lite is also on the table. Used to drink Pabst, but more out of nostalgia because it was my dad’s and uncle’s favorite, till I switched to Busch. It’s good and smooth, but Miller beats its smoothness. Both taste good.
Had it for the first time today and It is right on the same level as Coors Banquet, but Miller High Life is not as widely available in my area. I'd give it a great rating for it's style. Cheers man!

Ronald, so High Life and MGD are the same beer as long as they’re in the keg? The only difference is that High Life is pasteurized before bottling/canning and MGD is “cold-filtered”? Because Faust Distributors in Houston says that High Life kegs are unavailable in our market area yet you can get a keg of MGD from Spec’s for $105! Just thought it’s funny they don’t know about the products they’re distributing! Anyway, looking forward to having some High Life/MGD on tap.

You said these were 2 for $3 which is an amazing price. I wish we had RACETRAK stations here in my local area. It sounds like they occasionally run some good sales. They have Circle K markets in my area. And they are kind of high and don’t hardly ever run too many sales which stinks. I’m craving some High Life myself. Might have to go pick up a 12 pack of this at my Walmart.
Our Circle K stores will run good specials, but I have to be careful to watch that what rings up matches what's on the shelf tag.
Tried Miller beer once, was unimpressed with it. Not saying it's a bad beer, just does not appeal to me personally. I'd rather have a Bud Light or a Rolling Rock if I HAD to have a macro brew. i used to deliver beer for miller but i was a budweiser drinker back then.
now i love drinking these quarts of miller.
they are 3 bucks for 1 here where i'm at.
40oz beers used to be very cheap and popular here but people complained about teenagers drinking too much so they cracked down and jacked up the prices.
nowadays its cheaper to buy a 12 pack than a six pack and really not worth it to buy 22 or 24 oz beers.

I swear the best high life I've had was in Wisconsin, idk if it was a placebo effect, or if the beer was actually better. It tasted much more fresh, and crisp compared to the stuff I have where I live.

Is the date on the bottom of a 24 oz can the expiration date or the born on date? I just picked one up and it’s got May 2019 on the bottom. Thanks. And if it’s the born on date how long is it good for?
Well, the date is the "best-by" date. May might be fine, but you may find that the beer is a bit stale.

have you ever reviewed miller high life light? I think its much easier to drink than the full-flavored offering (also much better than Best Light) and has a bit more flavor than Miller Lite.

Tastes super similar to MGD, albeit I find High Life slightly more refreshing thus prefer it slightly.
I guess, in my case, I prefer the MGD, but it's not a huge difference.

BEST tasting beer on the planet to me buuuuut....high calories and high carbs compared to ice beets I've moved away. Wish they had an ice beer

I remember seeing some Belgian guy on youtube who had quite a knowledge of beer taste, always renouncing every American cheap beer he dared to review, this was an exception this is like the Ford car, affordable, yet authentic and durable even in a clear bottle. Budweiser comes second as an all American style but it became a college party beer like Bud Light did. This stuff is American Gold. Coors can go to hell with their cold Rocky effect, the colder the less bs u get to taste they took out during the process. Drink a Coors mid temp and get ready to drink the cheapest nastiest Sake ever.
