The Sinn 356/358 is favourite mechanical watch. A no-nonsense chronograph that somehow manages to be highly legible. As close as one can get to a proper tool in a luxury watch, and none of the pretentiousness of the Speedmaster. If you converted the orginial G-shock into a luxury mechanical watch, you would get this!
@@ClickSpringReview I'd watch that. I have a small wrist, and I was a bit surprised at how large the 358 was. In photos it doesn't look that big, that chunky.
@@omarkharnivall2439 The 103 is also a great looking watch, not that I would ever spend this kind of money on something like this. Personally the rotating dial of the 103 is unneeded, but as someone who actually uses the chronograph on my watch daily, I'd find some way to use it!

It was lovely to get " hands on" with these watches in Coventry at the meeting. Yes they're all fundamentally tool watches , but, all different in their own right.
The chrono minutes dial goes to 30. How does the chronograph deal with the minutes when it passes 30 minutes? Do you have to refer to the half-way marker in the hours dial?
Hi Hugh I like the 22mm strap size of this one as it feels heavy and solid but I do see where your coming from , 42mm case size should it have a 20mm or a 22mm strap size is a tough one

Hi James once the minute counter does a full sweep the hour counter moves half to the next hour indicating its the 2nd part of the hour
This is my Grail watch. I love everything about this watch. How resistant to shock are chronographs? I imagine not very much.
You would be surprised Duval there just as resistant as the watches normal time keeping ,

I don't know why but I think the lug is out of portion. Maybe 20mm lug will suits this watch better.

I did that once and nobody liked it they said they like to see it from different angles so that’s why I do it that way Sergiy
