    Thank you for the insightful information, I have been having problems lately to create the perfect steamed milk for latte art each time for my latte's and cappuccinos. Hopefully the angling that I've learnt in aims of producing the different types of foam will help me as well as the technique of mixing coffee and milk simultaenously in reaching a larger customer base and a successful coffee business :D

    For anyone using Philip 4300 the steam wand does prop out towards you see 4:36 and she press back at 4:36 3:57 gives you clear pic on what I’m talking about see she moves the wand towards her. Philips 4300 doesn’t do that. So you have to lift the wand to the left and pretend you are standing directly in front of the wand and angle your pitcher like in the video.

    Holy moly that is fast - my machine (Breville) takes like 30-60 seconds to steam milk and you turn the wand on and like 6-10 seconds you’re done! Super video - I’m having trouble with my milk either just disappearing beneath the surface or sitting in a blob on top that doesn’t move. I think my positioning may be off and I’m getting too much air. Great tips - thank you!

    I have been using my delonghi machine for almost 4 years now and now i finalky got it because of your advice. I followed your advice on the angle and how deep the nozzle of my frother should be and after 10 to 15 secs and aligning the angle of the mug i eventually got a perfect frothed milk. Thabks a lot! 👌🤗👏👏👏

    Hmmm this doesn’t seem like it will work with shorter steam wands. If I tilt back like you do it puts the wand in a very different area. I am going to modify this for my short wand and I hope to eat my own words :D this was very helpful to watch and I hope I can apply your knowledge because I am something like 0 for 6 after watching hours of TH-cam trying to find out what I’m doing wrong. I’m coming from a nanofoamer that I have gotten very good with

    Sorry but this positions and angles doesnt have anything to do with the foam. It's simply how much air you put inside and for that actually the most easiest position is your A wehere you have the best control.

    • @Jibbilittle
      @Jibbilittle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I share my technique to others for free if it helps someone i am happy , for me it work and the angle has effect as the air will get in more or less. so respect others as everyone does differently experience

      @alencelic 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@Jibbilittle No disrespect and your latte art looks great. I just think you are overcomplicating. Simpler would be - put the steam wand near the top, release the steam, after the milk raises around 20% stop injecting air and keep the milk circling until your pitcher is hot to the touch.
      Keep up good work (y)
