Great video. Since the song is basically the Lords Prayer, it always bugged me, that most videos on the internet featured mainly battle scenes. You, on the other hand, showed the beauty of civilization. Thank you for that.

i'm generally misanthropic and sour, there is so much insanity in todays world its hard to gain much hope or joy when you focus on it all too long, all around the world all you see is problems.
but for some reason listening to "baba yetu" while seeing all the great works humanity has done, be it in wonders, or just how expansive and different we all are, or the great cities built... it just makes me appreciative of the fact i'm human, and i'm glad i was born in an age where i'm able to see all our ancestors work from the inside of my home.
its truly an amazing thing to be part of the human race, as much as i despise them at times, i cant help but feel like i'm part of something when i see the bigger picture of what we, all of us, have achieved, for better or worse, its awe inspiring and beautiful to me.
may the sun shine on you all.

I seem to feel the heart of our Earth beating. Thanks for this video, for a moment I became a free bird. Sitting on quarantine in 4 walls, this especially helps to breathe deeper and calmer.

Thank you so much! My PreK students and I went around the world on a breathtaking "virtual" field trip last week, transported by the unbelievable power of "Baba Yetu!""

This is a beautiful compilation...thank you so much! Just saved it to my favorites. I love this song, and find myself humming it as I wake up or at random points in my still locked-down, masked-filled life...I needed this today.

Amazing Video, it gives me chills and make me hope that humanity get their shit together to create so much more amazing things.
BTW i would love a video like this with sogno di Volare. It is equally as great i think.

Correction. At 01:57 it‘s not St. Petersburg, but Moscow.
    Nevertheless, good job anyway!

I think it is Moscow, actually. The viewpoint is from the reconstructed Christ the Saviour cathedral, near Kropotkinskaya. You can make out the Kremlin walls in the background to the left. And on the right-hand side, across the river, you can see the House on the Embankment...
