We all love Engines!! Especially the Older ones!! Hard to believe that in a few Decades, these old Thumpers would evolve into the High-RPM Multi-Cylinder beasts that would propel Aircraft up to 400mph Ground Speed!!!
I am an old retired Boilermaker and we had the Big Boy come through town the other day! Largest steam locomotive ever manufactured! I love old motors, this was cool. Thanks a lot!
@@SLJ2137694 my ancestors created the Union that made steam locomotives in the 1880s! Unions were illegal in those days, we formed them anyway! I've always been proud of my ancestors! And I always loved how man has used the power he harnessed from Steam!
great to see someone so interested in his engine well done , you are a great engineer , i hope you have many years to show people how old engines like this old lady work and will work for the next 500 years by the looks of things as they are so well built and designed

@@richarddowner4292 well I got a lotta years under my belt too so I’ll give my input I like steam too but everything steam powered is way more expensive and if it’s anything with a boiler on it it has to be certified to be in a show so that’s why I got into the hit and miss engine side plus there’s a lot more of those around but that’s just my thoughts thanks for watchin and hope you find some toys 😂👍👍
I love seeing older equipment still running. 1 liter = ~64 cubic inches. A liter is 10 cm X 10 cm X 10 cm. 10 cm = ~4". Not exact, but close and it's easy to remember. This engine is ~55 liters.
