RightShip assessed a selection of 360 incidents that had occurred since 2019. Of these, 31 happened in enclosed spaces resulting in 39 lives lost. All of these tragic incidents could have been avoided if certain preventative or mitigating controls had been in place.

Simple, to the point, nicely done. A secondary with cross links between the two or more short videos. The right ways & why. Various cargos that are misunderstood in many ways (veg oils & CO, not just by decomposition by fire but as heated too). Palm or Soy husks - CO, Molases for O2 first as many meters will not give an accurate LEL if low O2. When steam applied to clear tanks the molasses reacts with the steam for CO2 & alcohol by fermentation. Many other cargos... simple tells but if not looked for? Goes unexpected into a deadly condition.
