the rice wasn’t per boiled, i cover the rice with enough water to cook the rice and when the water is dry, i reduce the heat so the rice cooks in its own steam.

i added curry and tyme in the video,i dont add bayleave to my rice,i add it to boil my chicken so it releases the flavour because i will still use the stock for the rice

it should however when you are done cooking and you feel it’s too dry just add butter
