They can be made to fit ANY SIZE HEAD when you follow the head measurement instructions in the video. There are two options- a rounded and a square edge bow.

Would cotton fabric be okay to use for this project?

cotton KNIT fabric will work but not woven cotton fabric. Fabric that is stretchy.
