      It’s a leasehold property and title is in BEST’s name , why would any one want to buy property and not own a piece of a land, only 60 years agreement they will continue after that but maintenance and taxes are increased when renewed , also nalla and funeral right behind C and D towers , it’s so near that ashes of dead people is what they breathe , it’s a very good layout building but other negatives just makes it useless for smart buyer to buy property here
