    Great idea for the scarab tablet! The use of egyptian style beads gave me an idea for my terrain crafts! Thank you again for all this crafting ideas.

    Most underrated crafting channel on TH-cam. Another great pile of ideas and uses for the mundane. I've used those tubes for other stuff but not the Egyptian one. Awesome build, fun to watch as always. Keep it going man!

    Great build Mr Broken Terrain! Good to watch your awesome videos as always!
    Greetings all the way from Lima, Perú!

    I think the blue and red really help the statues pop. Terrain that's just sandy brown and gold would get samey and lifeless real fast. The colors create a good dimension to it. It's what I liked about the original paint job.
    Excellent work.

    Great work. The stars of the set for me were the sarcophagus and the tablet monument. I also rather like the idea of the statuary as temple guardians, almost like golems.

  • @CampaignTerrain

    What a fantastic upgrade. Those pieces really pop, with all you've done for them. Super dope
    (I saw the treasure, but not until I knew to go look for it)

    Ah, the gold... I know ya love those Apple Barrel paints because they're economical, but here's where I'd go with Citadel paints- Retributor Armor and a wash of Guilliman Flesh Contrast. Layers and highlights of Liberator Gold, Auric Armor Gold and Stormhost Silver are, of course, optional.
    And ya pick these little tubes of figurines up at places like Michael's and Hobby Lobby, yeah?

    • @brokenterrain
      @brokenterrain  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. This particular toob came from Michael's but I've seen them everywhere. If you can't find them there's a link in the vid description.

    These look fantastic! I’ve been a fan for some time and it’s been awesome to watch you evolve so much as a painter and a crafter. I’m a big fan of the Safari Tube Horses for humans and elves and Safari Tube Ponies for dwarves. The various animal tubes are a mixed bag; anything bigger than a lion or human is usually out of scale. You used this really well; lots of playability for the jungles of Chult, the Hickman Egyptian trilogy of modules, Tomb of Horrors, etc. Well-done, sir!

    I really like how you utilize already made pieces along with items you scratch build. Very nice cohesive set. I truly enjoy making things, but often don't because I don't want to HAND BUILD everything. Maybe if I allow myself to buy just a few pre made iteams, I will enjoy my time more and end up finishing things!

    • @brokenterrain
      @brokenterrain  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I love finding small bits and pre-made parts to incorporate into builds. I think it's a great way to save time and add detail to your crafts. I think you should totally give it a try.

    Stellar craft this time around.I have never seen the Egyptian Toobs at our local stores,would love to see a Aztec set of Toobs to go with our Kazumi temple Rampart 2 set by Archon studio.
    Quick question,What editing software should you recommend for us?
    Have a great week!

    • @brokenterrain
      @brokenterrain  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro, along with the other programs within their creative suite. It's what I know. If you're looking to experiment I'd recommend looking for a free program online. Get the feel for it and if like it and what it does for your videos, start looking for a premium software.

    interesting, I JUST saw a "Toob" at a thrift store on Thursday. I did not like the contents, so did not pick it up. Looking for pirate themed items. LOVING your channel. Hoping it hits 10,000 subs this year!
