The carb was fine when you first got it cranked, but these 4-strokes require a 10-minute warm-up. They're notoriously cold warming, but they'll crank with the first pull. Just wait a bit before you start diagnosing and turning screws on the carburetor.
my bhx 2500 blower stopped running so i replaced the spark plug then i realized that the spark plug tip got bent every time i screwed it onto place its if the piston came loos and hit the tip of the plug any idea what could be happening ive done this w 3 different plugs cmr 6a is the recommended plug this is what im using and all 3 got smashed to where the gap is closed on all 3 seems like the top of the piston is hitting them every time i place them in the hole and try to stat it need help any idea whast happening here
@@Robsenginerepairs yes plugs have washers tried to put pullone off and combine the 2 together but would not come off maybe a piston push arm is brokern?? i pulled an engine diagram for t his engine and nothing seem out of normal may have to take it apart and see

I have a two question, Is the gap the same for a EH025F Makita blower and could you write the gap size for the intake and exhaust valves?
Hi the only modle I can find is made by Robin? Are you in the UK?
@@Robsenginerepairs no, I'm on the Hawaiian islands.
OK sounds lovely and try these brother 0.004" on the inlet valve and 0.006" on the exhaust valve
