Bats a eye lid; this shit show cost the taxpayers 10 mil,; when they are homeless on the streets; n people cant afford food; get rid of the RF.
It's not just the UK that has royalty, you know. And they cost each citizen something like £1.50 a year to "keep" and raise millions and millions in tourist revenue and charitable work. I just saw a clip of King Felipe of Spain at the anniversary of his ascent to the throne ten years ago, he said "...the role of a constitutional monarch is about more than just duty...." And if you think the money you imagine as being saved would go to the people, look again at autocratic presidents - all billionaires and living in exactly the same style as any king.
The Crown Estates pay hundreds of millions to the Treasury every year and recently the King donated an extra £250million per year so I think he's paid for all this! 😂
