What are the benefits of investing in this lens? Do I still have to use the original lens?
With our lens, you can shoot the video without fisheye distortion and with the possibility to change the focus (from macro to infinity). And you can install the original lens back if you need. Thank you.
It's unclear where the 3 latches are inside the lens collar. Can we get a photo of the collar once removed to show what the latches look like. Otherwise with the amount of force shown in the video used in wrong place will damage the camera.

Are you getting the full sensor capabilities within the camera or just a cropped down version? In other words is the image focused on a portion or all of the sensor

@@pixaerointernational8555 that's good. I'm interested I do aerial photography. What lens would you recommend for a true view that's a normal view not wide nor zoom
When you instal lens on your camera, later on you wont fit camera in water case, because lens will hit glass andnyour picture will be unfocus. What i did with my cases? I push all glasses and put silicon and my distance from lens till glass become more up to 1-2mm. But becareful, because if you pushed away case camera, you have a rish of water licking later on

Сorrectly. Only 3.4 mm lens is compatible with water case without redesign.
If you need to use 3.77mm or 6mm lenses with water case, you need to buy a modified spacer for it.

Sorry, but changing action cam lenses to lost the AF doesn't make sense at all to my side.
there's no AF in this camera
Standart YI 4K+ lens is a fixed focusing fisheye lens
Thx for your quick reply. That my point: I want to change the original OEM lens to avoid distorsion and increase IQ. So I need that kind of original fixed focusing lens but not so wide angle, because the goal is to put a YI 4K+ on a drone. So any idea is welcomed, what do you suggest?
@@user-gm1pq5se5i I am not in any way related to PIXAERO. But, would just offer as a suggestion that, for drone usage, setting the distance on the new lens to infinity would probably be perfect, and would eliminate any fisheye distortion. Just my $.02.
