The drying time was pretty similar, but that Laifen colors are what won me over, those colors are so nice
For the jar test you can't really rely on it 100% because factors like the accuracy of air projection towards each jar is not stable. If you notice the air movement varries. One hit the pea pads while the other one moved left to right as seen by hitting a cloth on the floor on the left. Also the jar surfaces are rounded so that also affects how the air moves them.
Maybe it would be good to also have ping pong balls float while the dryers are on and judge it based on what's visually measurable.

I'm amazed by how they both sound so quiet. I have to sneak into another room with mine to make sure I don't wake up my hubby because it's so loud. I like the design of that blue one more but I never heard of laifen before. I'll definitely research them some more!
I was going to get Laifen but realised now Dreame has the Hair Gleam which comes in the exact same matte colours and 200million ions and is cheaper than Laifen 😅

I never understood what negative ions do to help, but the results are amazing, your hair looks amazing! The laifen one had to dry much wetter hair and it killed it!

It's very tough!! I don't actually really notice a difference between the two in terms of day to day drying, so I'm still trying to decide which one to keep and which to give away LOL

@@KimiLovesYouxoxoTo answer that. No it doesn't fit with Dyson attachments and it's good you bought a Laifen cuz Dyson tends to break down after 2 years of regular use. The price is not worth it for a dyson hairdryer

i saw a comment on shopee and she said gettin error in laifen, and for the dreame i saw notin commnt abt error. So hopefully dreame gettn long and not error 😅😅
I got the dreame as a gift. Like it but don't love it. Since I have lightly curled hair there's 1 issue that's been bothering me, they don't even sell a diffuser nozzle separately!!! Whereas Laifen does. So this is just another aspect to think about before buying dreame. Whether the part is interchangeable, I unfortunately don't know.
I'd be interested to know if you ever found a diffuser that fits the Dreame? I'm interested in getting the Gleam, currently on sale at $100 in Australia, but the lack of diffuser would be a deal breaker for me (curly hair). But Laifen isn't really readily available here either, and would be 2 to 3 times the price.

I have very short hair as a man, I ran in your your video for the guests requesting hair dryer. men and women. Curiuos as to how this dryer or these dryers perform with long or short hair
I thought if you ended up spraying more water on another side of the hair then you should do the test again girl. The wind strength tests feel a bit sketchy as you put on a line at the beginning but you didn’t measure the distance between the line to the point and just base it on feels to see that Laifen is a better performer in terms of strength and some more is only 5 secs and the entire test feels like you’re gearing Laifen to win since it starts faster and have a better chance of winning within 5 secs.
I'm very curious if the laifen diffuser attachment would work with hair glory or hair gleam. please if you know 🙏
The dreame has a different diffuser attachment and is only available in some countries like Malaysia, Singapore and Canada :(

Are the attachements interchangable between these two models?
The nozzles I mean! I've got a hair glory, but really want to get a diffuser nozzle for it too 😢
Seems like I'm not the only 1 with this dilemma. Dreame doesn't sell their diffuser nozzle separately like laifen. And those universal diffuser can't be attached to the dreame because it's nozzle head is too short them to have any grip on.😮💨
