- I, Typoh. Discuss the making of the Channel 4 puppet animated show Don't Hug Me I'm Scared as well as the original youtube web series. I talk about its production and journey from a small-time animated viral video on TH-cam in 2011 to now one of the biggest Channel 4 Comedy shows on the internet. I also go into its role in the greater scope of online animation and the movement you are seeing in other industries and shows like Adult Swim's Smiling Friends or A24/SpindleHorses Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss.

DMIS and Smiling Friends have both been some of my favorite projects this year, it’s awesome to see people who started online get to platforms like channel 4.

My only complaint about DHMIS (the TV series) is that it was too good. Now I'll be tortured sitting around tapping my foot waiting for the next season to be developed.

Hey I like your editing, but i think adding on-screen credits of the media name and maybe date would go a long way
at least the first time you show a clip from them. your pace is very breakneck with a lot of clips which is admirable.
just a passing thought that I think would add a lot to your videos, production-wise. dont work too hard though, keep it up!
I just finished the video (which was very good) and my final critique is really that you can slow down a little bit if you want and maybe articulate a little more.

There is a huge flaw in DHMIS and that's their target audience - its only the fans.
All knew people will see of it is just a show that works for neither kids or adults. Its too childish, but also too adult.
New/casual viewers just wont get it.
maybe ease up on all the sound effects behind your dialogue…it was becoming a wee bit annoying
