That strawberry is so cute! Thank u for the tips! Im so new of this medium and it is fun and can be hard to play with gouache! But can you make a video of mixing colours with primary colours? Especially skin tones?
The strawberry looks so amazing 🍓 also such a cute ☺️ scene with the puffin ❤ I thought all of the paintings were good but those two are my favorites. The water droplet comparison really put things in perspective for me. 😊
Cecile, I just found your channel (and have signed up for one of your classes) and am learning so much! I was wondering, I’m quite confused about the “best” way to use gouache-straight out of the tube or in an airtight palette? Do you think one is better over the other?
It depends on how much you use gouache. I use it a lot so I find it more convenient to have it in an airtight palette. Although it might not be the best if you paint let's say once per month. You'd better squeeze it from the tube when you paint. And thank you for signing for my class!
this was really good video, cecile!! i will send everyone to this video , as i get inquiries all the time, about the consistency and all .. really helpful.. thanks!!! Norakag
