For me IT seems very clear that She was IT. When they See that IT was Not a Robbery and they Could also Prove its Not a Suicide than IT Is clear that She was IT. And She had also a Motive. But yes than i think they have not enough evidence. Sad that She can live her live without Any Penalty.
You can’t convict without sufficent evidence, that’s the rules. It doesn’t matter about the penalties! you need the evidence first. And Europe is way too soft on violent criminals and murderous juveniles.
Homicide cases have been successfully prosecuted with much less evidence than exists here. There's something very strange about the fact that she hasn't been charged with murder and I mean VERY strange.
An intruder with no signs of break in? A suicide with no suicide weapon? Accidentally shot himself while cleaning his gun? Where's the gun? Check the finger prints? Come on!
