Now marriage advice from a 25 year veteran. There may be times you want to run for the hills! Remember, your partner will feel the same sometimes too. We have been through many problems that would have split up a marriage, but we made the commitment from the beginning. No divorce, if it is broken, you fix it, you don't throw it away. When you have that outlook, you just approach those difficult times differently. We have outlasted all of our friends and it is sad to see so many couples not put the work into making it work. You see....it can't work without work! You guys are a great example for the many couples out there, at year 5 or 25.
I've been with my husband for 17 years , married 15 and I agree with all your relationship advice . We have gotten busy raising kids and working but we always make time for each other before bed to catch up etc .

Hey guys, I can tell u have been using a new camera since u went to Italy. It's amazing how clear and crisp the picture is, it looks like everything in the background is like a pictured backdrop, especially when u guys were in Italy, the scenes looks so beautiful like it came out of a post card.

And I agree you should share all the food recipes you talked about. ;) And the Q& A - I was laughing and crying....but I shake my leg all the time and it makes my spouse crazy, and I am always distracted like Laura! LOL You guys are inspiring!!
Also I know I'm late on watching this, but if you are still coughing (which I pray you are better), the best thing I've found is homemade onion syrup. My spouse had pleurisy and pneumonia, and it works great for the cough and inflammation reducer. Chop up an onion, and in a jar (I use a ball jar), layer onion and then sugar till you run out of onion. The sugar pulls the juices out of the onion to make a syrup. Let it sit on your counter and as soon as you begin to see the juice you can use it. Let it sit a total of about 24 hours and strain the onion. Keep the juice in the fridge. I give my spouse a couple tablespoons, sometime more every few hours. Sounds crazy but I promise it works. Anyways, hope you are all better and you guys are having a great week!!!

Great advice for beginning in a relationship! My husband and I have been married 16 years. We was married when I was 17 and he was 18. Everyone said we wasn't going to make it but we are still madly in love with each other. We have 3 children. i wouldn't have it any other way.

Hi Laura. Loved the Q&A. Your rib pain is due to coughing. An Indian trusted remedy of more than 5000 years is Turmeric. If you can make tea from fresh turmeric thats even better, but most common is to boil milk and add couple teaspoons per glass, (you can up the turmeric powder for faster relief or if you are really sick) and boil it for few minutes and then drink it while its warm like tea. You can avoid the milk altogether and just dissolve turmeric powder in warm water and gulp it down- this has given me the most immediate relief to a lot of my symptoms for which "conventional" doctors said there was no cure for! Hope this remedy heals you as well :) Sending healing energy your way.

Hi, my son gets leg pain and I too get rib pain from bad colds,so what I do Is fill up a sock with beans and put it in the microwave and heat them and I use it as a heating "pad" makes the aches go away! And you can sleep with it with out fear like using a electric heating pad! Hope this helps 😊 Hugs from palm springs California!

Try sliced oranges (with the skin on) with some hot water and a small teaspoon of sugar my dad told me that one ever since I had a cold or a sore throat it went away a couple of days from drinking it.
I'm glad I'm not the only woman in a relationship when her partner shakes his leg in bed or anywhere else, is patient when I'm impatient, leaves towels everywhere after showering/bathing.

My advice for flying (because I would ALWAYS get sick after flights) is to take echinacea and vitamin C tablets twice a day for 3 days leading up to your flight. I promise you won't get sick. I've shared this with several ppl who do this now and never get sick during or after their travels.

Take Motrin with food or milk around the clock (400-600mg every 8 hours), it's the accumulative affect that makes you better. Don't take it if you're allergic to aspirin. Hope you're feeling better soon. I've got a little something going on in my sinuses. I'm hoping it's resolved in the am, I've got a lot of cleaning to do before out of town guest arrive.
