- Plank with Row - 10reps
- Pronated Grip Row - 10reps
Set #2
- Single Arm Chest Press with Hold - 12reps
- Squat to Upright Row - 12reps
Set #3
- Deadlift - 15reps
- Tricep Pushdown - 15reps
Set #4
- Bicep Curl - 12reps
- Single Arm Shoulder Press - 12reps
* IMPORTANT - If an exercise is causing pain, please substitute for something else that is within your physical abilities. Don't just skip out on something entirely.
