Ppl who have the money now are killing the FH landed. A landed at the East was selling a semi land land area of 3210sqft for rebuild. Sold at $5.3 m in one week! Agent Huat ah! Buyer also Huat. Rebuild to 2+ attic with lift selling at above $9m. One yr rebuild, construction cost $1.5 to $1.8m profit at least conservatively above $1.5m in one yr plus!
Expensive Housing. Is it more expensive more successful? Consider : 1. Is the construction quality worth 1million? Constructed by who? 2. Is it worth celebrating when housing is so expensive ? Something to be proud of? Something Great? Something saving the planet? Saving lives ? Or shrinking the balls of young families? Money Minded singaporeans beware.

Location of Pasir Ris EC is bad. Don’t buy because it’s cheap because you will sell cheap next time too. Choose other area please 🙏🏼
