EC is usually cheaper than Condo comparing same age. There are times where EC is transacted higher than Condo. This means condo is undervalued at the moment. Opportunities are everywhere 😉

Usually the one who has higher income. But it also depends on other factors like cpf income, age and Cpf OA funds and purchase price.

Less than 2mil in RCR is 3b2b. Anything with 3b3b are more than 2mil. Even all these that I refer to are 10-12 years old condos.
