    I like in Irish how there are verbs that can have more than one meaning. The language is very flexible in that that regard.

      It really is 😊 Caith for example has so many meanings and its a nice standard regular verb.

    The weirdest/hardest thing is trying to remember two different verbs in only one and then using them! Great class!!

      We probably do the same thing in English without realising it, for example making dinner or doing the dinner.

      Go raibh maith agat agus bain sult as an físeáin eile. A bit of a variety is good for confidence and richness of the language 🙂

    At 0:37 can someone please help me. I'm confused why is it Bheartaigh sé instead of Bheartaíonn sé?

      It's past tense, not present

    Thanks Dan, interesting as ever. Is it " Beartaigh me" or "Beartaim"? Or something totally different, I can't find anything on teanglann.ie Any other sources that would help?

      It's bheartaigh mé for the past tense and beartaím is the present tense 👍

      My friend, it's not ridiculous but different! English spelling system is no less ridiculous than Irish. Similarly Anglophones find the pronunciation of Spanish "j" difficult and stupid. What we should realise is that each language has it's own spelling system and pronunciation
      It's great that you find it interesting !
