Thanks for providing those amp draw numbers. We had some trouble with our T101. I replaced the circuit board and walking belt. It's nice to be able to do a real test and see what is going on rather than just guessing and speculating. I think I may test the amp draw repeatedly to get a sense of how often the belt needs lubed.

Thank you ! And that’s exactly right. Check it every 3 or 4 months

Hi i just had to replace my motor on my horizon treadmill set up very similar to this one old motor was arcing real bad inside replaced it got it in line. Now Treadmill turns on for 3 to 5 seconds then clicks off won’t turn back on without unplugging the machine do you think the motherboard is bad now?

Most likely. Have you tried running it with no one on it if you are having issues with the controller it should act up with no one on it.If it only acts up when you use it then the walk belt is worn

Yes, I hooked the motor up and didn’t even put the drive belt on and it did the exact same thing agian. The negative wire going to the motherboard was fairly dark didn’t look melted, but definitely got hot at some point.

@@dilloncox-xl7er Ok yes that sounds like a bad controller. But wear on the wire terminal normally means the walk belt is worn. And causing the unit to work to hard and overheating.see my video called sole walk belt test

Oh yes after watching that video the belt definitely needs replaced. Do you think the board still needs replaced to?
