- Los Angeles Lakers Lebron James Workout with Phil Handy. The workout consisted of half court shots from the logo and post up counters. Lebron James arrived to workout 3.5 hours early with Dwight Howard. Phil Handy also started the workout with dribble drills.

Definitely improving but he should watch how Abdul jabbar shot his free throws... He always sunk a little bit with this legs but the rhythm came from his feet to his legs to his trunk to the tip of his fingers.
@@KeyofDavid5778 exactly. It's not just free throws. LeBron is much better off the dribble than standalone. That's why he can pull up from every place and can hit fadeaways but struggles with free throws. He has no rhythm and shoots too much with his arms and hands.

So when you're shooting the ball is off course. That is why Phil, recommends the stomp before shooting, to stopnthe movement, not to increase the strength of the shot.
