Canned food is better than dry
What a great video. I liked and subscribed. You hit all the cat problems with dry food. Most cats that develop kidney problems also have clinical arthritis. A certain "veterinary diet" dry food (there is a crown on the bag) for kidney disease is $10.67 a pound for rice, corn, and wheat gluten. My two cats have been eating mostly homemade food for over a year. Two side benefits, no hairballs and little if any litter box odor. Thank you for posting this.
@edschulhof6303 thank you so much for your comment we are very passionate about all things nutrition, and I am constantly shocked at the pet food industry's manipulations and grab for the mighty dollar - at the cost of our animal's health and longevity! Keep up the great work, In the next cat nutrition video I'll be creating a balanced meal that anyone can make at home - and I promise it will be much cheaper than that terrible bay of dry food!
@@ChicaandCo You are welcome. We live on the US West Coast. I feed my two cats mostly raw ground beef, $5.99 lb. and boiled chicken thighs, $1.79 lb. and then make bone broth. They won't eat raw chicken. Once a week, they get a tin of sardines or skipjack tuna, wild caught, packed in water. I also have a supplement and premix to make sure they are getting a balanced diet. I look forward to your next videos.

Have been feeding my 2 kitties raw meat diet since day 1 .. they are healthier , more alert , shinier & very soft fur & no smelly runny poop 💩 🙏🐾💕they have 3 structural meals & no free feeding nor grazing on any kind of treats !!! is so sad so many cat owners just feed their kitties on dry kibbles and think that is acceptable 😵💫😥😣
