This looks delicious! I don't often make a big cake, but this one is going on my party list. You can cook in a bathrobe for all I care! One of the things I like about you is that you're a real person in a real kitchen, not looking fancy on a set. You come home from a full day of work to cook more with us -- you can wear what you want.
This says a lot. He is not a pretentious person. He is simply a down home real man that can throw down in the kitchen and work too! I salute him as Sir Chef Jeff!
Chef Jeffrey, I'm a chef also and I refuse to wear shoes when I'm cooking at home! 👍 my feet are not used when preparing food, even though I'm often told that I put my foot in my creations! I can assure you that my feet don't touch my food! 🤣😂🤣🤣happy cooking brother, you're incredible!

The main thing I've come to learn from watching Chef Jeff make cakes is : ALWAYS - CREAM - THE - BUTTER & SUGAR.... ALWAYS !!! This one step has made a day and night difference in my finished product. You MUST do this if you want an amazing tasting cake. I never really understood what CREAMING meant. Thanks to Chef Jeff, I now know what to do to get the results I want. His channel is most definitely one of my GO TO's for pound cake recipes and demos. His process is easy... clearly explained and VERY well demonstrated. I just love his channel. When I first started watching your channel seeing you in your uniform gave me added confidence. A traditional home cook AND a professional chef rolled into one. Some viewers on TH-cam freak out about the strangest things, like bare hands touching the food. How do they think it is done? Where do they think the food came from before the washed bare hands touched it? I’ve never seen Chef do any unsafe or unsanitary food handling! Do they shower and change clothes three times a day (before preparing every meal)?
You are at your home, just be relaxed . I think you do a beautiful job baking. I baked one of your cake. It turned out wonderful and delicious because I followed your instructions by video and followed instruction by recipe!✌✌

Wow, my husband always mentions that back in the days he used to buy a very sweet moist potato cake. So, I've been trying a few Recipes but there is always something: not so sweet, to thick, to dry, not moisty. But your recipe convinced me! First of all I boil the sweet potatoes, maybe it knocks out the sweetness, plus you don't overmix it. And you have the right ingredients and measurement. So I'll be trying it soon. 🙂 Also I subscribed to your channel cause I see alot of great recipes and ideas here! 👌 Plus, I'm old school also!😀
