Considering king minos and Cerberus are similar in hight it is indeed possible that's king minos can cross up Cerberus in which one must account for king minos Speed advantage shown in the p-1 boss fight but Cerberus does have the technique advantage due to being the original baller and mastering it's craft in summary they are evenly matched in a one on one court game

SPECIAL ABILITY: No Regrets
- Cooldown Duration: MID

- If the hall is mid air, V1 dashes a short distance in the direction of the ball. If V1 comes into contact with the ball, it punches the ball and passes it to the nearest ally (EASTER EGG! Using ‘Parry This’ against V2 will increase V2’s offensive stats and decrease its defensive states by 5% for 3 seconds).
