She also removed the evil part of Jun (Unknown) , so her main reason in the canon series could be saving possesed characters and fighting their evil part.

To everyone asking in the beginning of Tekken 2 opening movie you can see angel holding kazuya in the Mishima building,she was basically there to keep kaz from turning into his devil form but it comes out anyway. Her return to the series is because kazuya was still human and didn't have a list for power yet but In Tekken 4 he kills his grampa and absorbs his demon power and in Tekken tag he absorbs the wolf demon getting even stronger . Hehachi basically told this man that power means everything and kazuya is all about power .

The concept of angel was so damn good for the main plot.
Hope they bring her back to the new Tekken game. But I hardly doubt my wish will get fulfilled since the creators have said it themselves that kazuya has completely lost his humanity and is now pure evil.
She is just jun's influence on kazuya, not actually real

I loved Angel in TTT2 and would always use her over Devil Jin. She got a major glow up in that game too with some great outfits. Not sure if she was ever considered canon but I'd love to see her comeback with Jun Kazama.

Tekken always had an unusual mix of identities and fighting styles. You have Native American women who use Chinese Kenpo (Michelle and Julia), and you have a western style angel who practices an obscure version of Karate from Japan.

Angel hasn’t had an official non Tag appearance since Tekken 2. She should make a grand official return in Tekken 8.
Her default could be a guise of a regular human, and her alt will be her true Angel outfit.
Would be a nice surprise that Lidia is THE Angel from Tekken 2 in the guise of a Polish politician and masquerade her past to conceal her identity. Or that she was bestowed by an Angel following from an accident.

Angel is literally Kazuya Gardian but she decided to leave him alone do to the fact that he choose the Devil more then herself that was confirmed.

I want to believe that whoever made her in the Tekken team was mad drunk making her origin. Because I am so confused by her reasons of being in this series when she only appeared once in the main series just to stand next to Devil. Is it like something off Spawn? God sends a Redeemer/Angel to kill the hellspawn/Devil/Kazuya? Tekken 8 better bring her back now that Heihachi is gone...better not come back as a robot.

Angel's gameplay is bad on ttt2 but cool design on ttt2 hopefully Tekken 8 they could bring her back to make her gameplay better than ttt2
I have to disagree, her newer move set was EXTREMELY refreshing in comparison to the years as a sad clone.

• No mid faster than i15
• No high crush properties
• Weak tracking, and Homing
• Most of the Mishima gimmicks she inherited were horrible compared to the others
• Inconsistent hitboxes especially on her 1,1,2 and one of her bound moves f,F+3,4
• Lows, and mixups especially from her stance almost did not exist
• Absolute HORRIBLE frames and it’s not even a joke anymore especially how her f,F+3 was -16 on HIT
• Combo damage is bad
• Her tag assaults were bad
Not bc her animations were bad, it’s about her horrible gameplay balancing
@@Ev3rmore I use her online on tag 2 but I would like to know like how to throw myself or throw myself doing a kick after a tag a sort of tag attack that I've seen that every character can do and many people does online so.. do you know how to do this kinda tag attack/cancel?

Angel using Mishima-Style Karate is a bit weird. Glad they gave her a fighting style in Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

To sum it up Angel was a separate personality in Kazuya. She represented whatever remaining good Kazuya ever had but once his devil gene took completely over Angel was done. Hope that helps
